Summary: Georgeann Miller is a superstar of retail shop design.  She's worked all over the world for famous clientele and it's finally landed her here...in dullsville.  True,  William Rast may not be her ideal style of clothing, but the men who run it certainly feel that she is their ideal woman.  Too bad she can only choose one, and the natural choice isn't always the top pick.
