Summary: Detective Timberlake and his partner Dectective Cooper have been working the ever increasing Franklin Street Murders. Whenever it seems they are taking one step forward, the murderer has elluded them again. Justin has one person that he can talk to, but she wants nothing to do with him. Will Justin be able to catch the man who is responsible for the murders or will Justin become another pawn in Mr. X's game?
