Wow jealousy sure is ugly! That has to be the only reason why Jessica would say those things about her "friend". Mel hasn't changed in a bad way at all. I can't stand when people have to put others down to make themselves feel good. Great update!

Author's Response: After I finished this section I thought of getting rid of it. They had finally got happy and then they had to deal with death but I think that helps them stay strong together.
