Glad to hear that you're still enjoying the story! That really means so much to me! I love a slow build too...and to be honest, the whole backstory with Justin needs that slow build. He's been through a lot and trust is something that is earned in his book...not given. So, he's got a lot still to see and figure out with Taylor.
As for Taylor, Justin certainly brings extra attention that she doesn't need right now...but her life is about to get busier than Justin's. Eek...a lot still to go! Thanks so much for sticking with me and the reviews!

My heart is breaking for Justin! guh! beautifully written :) I love his obvious nervousness about Taylor being there and his vulnerability. It's taking a lot for him to let her in as much as he has with what's gone on in the past. I'm proud of him!

Justin is fighting a lot...he knows that he can trust her, he wants to let her in, to really open up about his past, but Taylor is everything that has hurt him before in the sense that he doesn't really "know" her. So, it's putting that blind faith in someone that he's struggling with...

okay, I know I've said it before but I just have to make sure you know that I love this story! It is seriously, one of my all time favorites. I love the fact that the characters are so real and down to earth and normal. I love that they are slowly building up their friendship instead of automatically falling for each other and jumping into bed. I love how you switch back and forth between the characters and how each one is so believable. I love that Taylor is going to LA with Justin (can't wait to see what happens!) and I love how intrigued and captivated Justin is with her...
wow...that's a lot of love! LOL. I am insanely interested to see how this story continues to progress. Keep up the amazing job :)

I am a complete sucker for slow builds...so I am definitely using that in this story. I want it to be semi-realistic in the sense that usually you're friends first and not hopping into bed with the guy on night one. haha! Well, that's another story entirely... :)
California should be a major building point for these two and will help strengthen this bond that they have formed. Justin is quite protective of Taylor and she is starting to feel that same thing towards him... :)

I think you know what I'm going to say here: loved it! Loved how Justin's reaction to Taylor caught him so off guard. Loved how subtley seductive Taylor was being. Loved how Justin was acting like a girl and second guessing his feelings and thoughts. Loved how he was so suddenly tongue-tied around her. Loved the way you are able to perfectly capture his character.
