Wow just... Wow. I am baffled at how un...mad I am, how unconfused, how undisappointed. But at the same time I am not proud, not excited, or even nervous. I don't know what I am other than completely in awe of the fact that you were able to make characters so brilliantly complex, beautiful, intriguing, likeable, contradictory and bedazzlingly simple that everything they do is "just them." There are no judgements, no criticisms just pure contented enjoyment. Your are outlandishly talented. I am giving you a standing ovation in my head (so I won't seem crazy to other people lol) and can barely contain my curiosity as to how this ends. Hopefully you will post more soon.

This story is fantastic! And a little too reflective of the current state of my life, which is bizarre considering the fact that I am not Quincy Jones' daughter/ a Hollywood writer/ friends with Justin Timberlake.
I love the way you've written these characters -- their conversations are refreshing and realistic and so reminiscent of the kind of friendship you'd expect to blossom into something more (if you weren't blinded by being one of the two people in that friendship)...
Moral compass be damned! Justin will need to man up, but reading about his indecision and Zooey's decision to go with confusion over pragmatism = solid. gold. Nice work!

You write such an incredible character for Justin, and I don't want to blame him for his indescretions and his inability to figure out what he wants...but, I've come to learn what the other end of infidelity looks like and it's ugly, distorted and completely unfair. So...Justin, MAN UP!
Sorry. Obviously I'm taking out my frustrations with a fictional character. I think I should seek help!

OH MY GOD!! First, Hi!! I have been missing this story! I'm glad to hear it hasn't been abandoned AND that youre maybe almost finished with it!
BUT ABOUT THIS CHAPTER!! ohhh my goodness. I can't believe he just straight up left Scarlett at the house. What if she finds out he never showed up at the party?! AND OMG ZOOEY :(
I...dunno how I feel about what they're up to...like I want to like it, but you make Scarlett SO damn likeable ugh!

They're both dirtbags. Eww. It wasn't even a caught up in the moment thing. They actually discussed it and decided it was a good idea. Ridiculous. SMH. That being said, Scarlett is annoying right now. Why the hell would she just pop up and have him bail on his plans and his friends? That's not even a reasonable thing to ask of someone, let alone alone a reasonable thing to get upset over and feel hurt about. Nobody likes a clinger. Please update soon.
