That was my all time favorite line in the entire thing. It just made me get this huge shit-eating grin on my face. Amazing job, girlie, as always.

this was all kinds of adorable. i love drunk JC! i love the pretty woman references. i love how quippy they are and it was all just fantastic, not that i expected any less from you, missy.

I wanna be rescued :(

I loved that irony of what was going on in their life and the movie being on and then the movie was on while you were writing it. It was meant to be!

Great story though. I could see an expansion of this into a longer story later?? Maybe? Great Job!



Author's Response: I had actually finished the story on Thursday. After I watched it I made a few edits, but I used the movie initially because I was looking for a good late night movie that two people would be watching. Googled, and Pretty Woman popped up! Kismet, stars aligning and things like that. LOVE.  Thank you for your review! I'll think about a sequel... not sure...

ok, you are hands down the best writer of JC EVER!!  I seriously love the way you write him in your stories and I'm jealous.  lol....the dialogue and banter between him and Gabby is fantastic!

Gabby had a ton of things left to do at home, a to-do list as long as her arm and she was exhausted, but hell if she could say no to him.

Uhm...pretty sure we'd ALL have a hard time saying no to him. Drunk or not, if JC asks you to come in.  You come in!! LOL

I loved it.  Simply loved it.  Pretty Woman is one of my favorite movies and from now I'm pretty sure I'll be picturing JC in Richard Gere's role.  Delicious.
