oh, wow! this was rly powerful... reminded me of revolutionary road in a sense... the concept of the woman not wanting to be tied down by children, which is usually something u see in reverse with men... it's such a deep thing to tap into & i think u did it perfectly. great story! if only we knew what happened next...

Author's Response: Sorry, I'm just responding now.  My life has been a little hectic, lately.  thanks for the review, darling.  And yes...I just intended this to be a short for the challenge, but I actually think it could make a cool story.  I just really like pushing the boundaries on what people think, and you're so right.  Most people think it's standard for the men to not want kids--but what happens when it's the woman?  I've never seen revolutionary road, but I think I'll maybe go pick it up, see if I can get any inspiration to add more to this.  Thanks for the comment!

Author's Response: Hey LadyT!  I'll consider it.  I really only meant this for the challenge as a short, but I think it could be good as a full length.  We'll see how inspired I am, and how much time I have.  I have so many unfinished projects!  blah!  Thanks for the review, though!  <3
