Awe! I totally wanted to reach through your words and hug both of them. It was so cute to see their ‘coming home’ :)You did a great job my dear! Don’t be so hard on yourself, you write with greatness.

Author's Response: THANK YOU! You know well that I had so much trouble with this one, and I was satisfied with the end result. So, thank you. And, thank you for all your help on this one!

It wasn't what I was expecting however it was a hell of a lot better. I love the whole idea of her being a Marine. My dad was in the Coast Guard so I can kinda relate (although I know it's not the same). I love her name over all, it's so original and very cool. And it wasn't that it wasn't simple, it's just that I was too specific. It's a curse. But, as I said, I LOVED it and don't think otherwise! Thanks so much, girlie!

Author's Response: Well, yes, your request was simple, well-detailed, and I appreciate that. But, it made it that much harder for me. I cannot do Mack justice. There were many drafts and I just felt and knew that I could not write Mack the way Mack deserved to be written. I am glad that you liked it. I was so nervous, and I felt horrible for not being here to personally deliver it to you. I hope you had a great holiday season. ((Hugs))

Girl!  Being a Navy girl that played with Marines, I have to say that it's pretty awesome that you made Nev a soldier.  Well done! Bravo Zulu!

This is such a cute story! Love it!

Author's Response: I am simply fascinated with the armed forces. I have such a respect for our servicemen and servicewomen. I find their culture so awe-inspiring and respect-worthy. When I think of JC, I think he is such a headstrong individual. In my opinion, he needs someone that is their own person - strong, successful, and more headstrong than he is. That's what I imagine Neva to be. Thank you for the love, hun!
