*squeals* This was a GREAT read. Loved IT! Ok, lets backtrack:
Super Joey to the rescue, he went to go grab the purse and return it to Olivia, how nice, I like how he and her knew eachother from the Music Therapy program. :) I also like that he was asking JC to go ask for her number and everything. These lines here:
"You know what? Let's just get the stuff you need and get out of here. I think your brain is dehydrated. And I need a drink after riding here with you, you maniac. Have you ever heard of a speed limit?"
"What's that?"
"Exactly."
LOL!
And now the hospital scene, Christy is not such a brat after all, I love how JC was interacting with her, saying that just because she's sick, doesn't mean that she has to stop fulfilling her dream, she can go for it. :) JC's good at mentoring her. Great line and very true "Music soothes the troubled soul. Builds a bridge. It just... does something to people."
Lastly, Olivia finally has the days off, and looks like she spended with JC, love that kiss they shared...and so much more.. ;)
Nicely done.

You put me, little ol' mumbly-grumbly knee-deep-in-a-blizzard me, completely in the Christmas spirit. When JC started playing Silver Bells the first time, I got chills, seriously. I know why you were nervous, but you nailed it!

I have all these FEELINGS now, you know the warm fuzzy kind that mean Grinch-like people like me never get. But in all seriousness this was REALLY good. I loved your dialogue and the pacing was perfect, quick but not TOO quick you know? GREAT JOB!
