I can't remember how long it's been since I sat down and read a fanfic I hadn't read before. And wow!  So worth it. I love current JC and the puppy and Lena, great combo!

I have loved every story  I've read of yours. Your characterization of JC is always different but always on point. I still have some to go, I am sure I will love them, too!

i lol'd for real at the ied/iud exchange! and even rex got a bit of help at the end. i knew a happy ending was coming, but i really liked the evolution of jc and lena (and barksdale!) into his place & a new life together. what a wonderful tribute to the birthday dude. <3 

ok. so. i don't like the fact that jc didn't just come straight out and tell her. but i also think she way overreacted. and maybe it was temporarily, HOPEFULLY it was temporary. because, yes, fuck rex. but also, she can't really be all, "sorry 'c but you can't do this because the dude you're potentially working with is a gigantic douchebag tool." i get it, her initial shock and anger, but. eh. come lena. don't let that guy fuck up a good thing.

 Can I just say that the roller coaster of emotions I felt through reasing this made me feelas if I was always there in the moment. That was an amazing read! Awesome job!

Loving the story so far. Just had to comment on the Stella vs. Corona bit...so relatable (for me lol) makes me like Lena even more.

And you're killing me with cuteness, JC and puppy are too cute. He and Lena can't bbreak up because of the dog, before it was a worry, now it's official ;)

PS Loving the super current timeline! It makes me want to see Opening Night even more
