I loved this story! I think the most meaningful part to me was the scene where the girl (sorry I have read too many since I decided to comment) was going to see her dad in the hospital. I lost mine about a year and half ago and the way you characterized the mom calling her daughter was exactly how things went in my family. It took me a few minutes but it was very cathartic. Thank you for supplying my JC fantasies, I have needed a lot of hits on lately
Omg! Chapter 12 cut off! Can you fix this? I feel I'm missing a whole lot when I start chapter 13!

In a few places, it seems like the chapter ends mid sentence. I kept reading anyway because I had to know what happened. Noticed it around chapter 16 and 19, but was too absorbed to make note for sure.
