Wooie Bri, loved these last two updates. But uh oh, Justin might be liking La a little much eh? hehe, kidding, but it is obvious he has a 'thing' for her. It's sad to hear about her past and I guess I can understand why Ava is so protective over her now but she still needs to lighten up some. And oh! I knew Nick was going be a little issue. It's cute that they like each other though, but how well is that going to work out if Justin ends up being in the picture? lol Can't wait to see where you take this and the club scene! Loved it! Author's Response: Yeah, there's a lot of stuff going on right now...and it's only the beginning. Selah has had it rough and you're right, that's why Ava is so protective, but she's going to learn that her baby sister is not a baby anymore and can make her own decisions on things. One of those things is Nick, and I think that he and Selah have potential as long as her heart is all the way in it, ya know? But you're right about Justin, I think he's met his match flirtatiously and intellectually so it's starting to get him and Selah in a bit of trouble. The club is going to be very interesting and it's going to leave Selah with some questions that she needs to answer about what and who she wants.rnrnSorry for that long rant (haha), but thanks so much for reading and reviewing girlie, I appreciate it!

Can it be the other F? haha! i'm kidding!!...maybe...ha! ;o) anyway, another great chapter. thanks for the insight. i think selah needs to better distinguish from love and lust. she mentioned she has that problem of thinking the slightest attraction means love, so admitting it is the first step. plus, i mean her sister told her how Nick is so it's like dang...she didn't have a warning with Dame, but now she does. she better listen. so with her problem, maybe Ava does need to stay on top of her. and nick's shallow story about the prom...red flag. the whole n.e.r.d. part was so funny. i've been listening to the new album constantly since tuesday. can't wait to read more. :o)

Author's Response: LMAO! Oooh, the story is just beginning and Justin is taken so it can't be the other F (just) yet (haha). I agree about Selah and how she needs to distinguish those two differences and since she's learned the hard way before with Dame, she's trying to be more cautious and you're going to see more of that as the story goes on. On the contrary, I don't think Nick's story should be a red flag, he was just being a stupid teenager at the time. But regardless, I personally think Selah should cautious just due to everything she's been through. I'm glad you liked the N.E.R.D. part, I LOVE them and I want their new CD SO BAD (haha). Was the TV show Jessica referred to called Seventh Heaven? I think that's where I first remember seeing her act. HAHA. random thought. lol. HAHAH OMG Bri I love you! I'm glad you liked them meeting, I mean I know it wasn't all glamorous and exciting, but it will definitely get that way in these next few chapters as they start to get to know each other better.
