i held my breath the entire time! it was so intense! i will have to pay attention to your warnings next time haha :P i love that justin and shift can be sweet together even when they are hacking off a man's tattoos. and i am so glad kale is back in good hands!!
Author's Response: Yeah this chapter was pretty intense. I think this story should come with a permenant warning to be honest. They love each other, maybe not in the most healthy way but they do love each other. I'm glad Kale is back too! Thanks for reading and reviewing!

Wow that was intense, but you did a really good job writing this chapter.
Loved the little Kale and Aunty Teak moment.
Author's Response: You know I thought this was going to be intense and graphic because we all knew Barley was getting it for what he pulled, I just didn't realize how graphic and intense I made it until I got the reviews back. Because then I went back and read the whole chapter in it's entirety and even I thought it was a bit graphic lol. But thanks for the props Nikki because that made my day. I loved the moment between Teak and Kale too...it just cemented the fact that she's family for me.

The flashback on Justin and Shift: the teenage year - *shaking my head pitifully*. Those two were and still are a mess. LoL.

Glad they got their baby back! Loved the trip down memory lane. The part where shift nail a guy in the head with a stapler was funny. LOL! Can't wait until the have Barley taken care of.
