this is my favorite chapter so far, i know i should be upset because of the blowout between zooey and justin, but the characterization of the argument drew me in. and the icing on the cake was that you used drake lyrics :) keep 'em coming!

ahh, stressful! and also, love janice ian, too, but i was thinking more along the lines of lizzy caplan ala "true blood" or "party down" (which if you haven't seen, is amazing).

Dayum gina! I mean justin hurt my feelings right there so i know zooey is feeling a world of pain right now. i can't believe he went at her like that! And scarlett is so sweet I really feel for her if the wedding don't happen because of this situation. Ahhh this is all messed up, i don't know what i want in the end but i do want him and zooey to "kiss and make up" - minus the kissing part if he gets married lolol. Author's Response: Well, not gonna lie, I wrote the chapter after listening to the song a few too many times, so that could be why lol. But thanks! And yeah, Scarlett is all oblivious and innocent in this, which sucks, but I think it's safe to say Justin will have to pay his dues eventually. I had to make sure Zooey could hold her own, though, I'm glad you were feelin' it! I like no-bullshit people, so you and Zooey are good with me lol. Annnyway, thanks so much for the review! So like the song and the chapter matched a little too well. I just can't believe it went that way. And poor Scarlett seems like the perfect girlfriend/wife-to-be. I'd hate to see her get hurt. And how about how harsh Justin was with Zooey?! That shit's for the birds man. I like how she handles herself though.
And this line right here: 'You can't just take it back, you fuckin said it. If that's how you feel, own that shit' is so me...if you can't come at me with real talk, don't talk to me. Hehe, that's how my momma describes my level for bullshit. Anywho, another fab chapter honey. I hope he can work something out with Zooey, you know once she's done being pissed.
