First off, Mack_Attack22 is our sister, and she has explained to us how you're using her character, Mack, without her permission. You SHOULD NOT be taking her character and using it in your own story WITHOUT proper permission! I understand that you've given her credit at the end, but you still never asked her if you were allowed to use her character to begin with. And you're not giving her character any justice as you have completely changed her character's personality. She WOULD NOT let anyone automatically join the dance rehearsal.s She WOULD NOT become fast friends with people she just me and/or be that friendly. You need to take her out of the story as you never got permission to use her. Even while giving credit, you have commited plagarism as you have taken her character (again WIHTOUT PERMISSION) and have changed her personality. You need to have respect for this author (and our sister) and ask whenever you want to use her character, not just go ahead and use it. You have also used her story line of having Mack as a choreographer to Nsync without asking for her permission. This is an orginal idea, and you're taking the credit for it.

You may not see this as plagarism, but it, in fact is. For character plagarism is: the case in which an author borrows an Original Character that has been created by another author, without properly acknowledging the original author’s right to the character, or against the expressed wishes of said author.

You have never asked for the author's permission to use the character, and even after being contacted about it, continued to use it.

Author's Response: I have changed the name. I apologize for doing that. I might change the description today. Most likely.

Interesting so far, Jazzy sounds like a free-spirited girl, hanging out with the guys, that is so "wicked" cool..lolz Im liking this.. nice job. :)

Author's Response:

Thanks. I am enjoying all the reviews and taking the advice with open arms. She is very free-spirited. Keep in mind that it's only her and her mom. Ma Charpentier has her hands full with Jazzy's attention span (well, lack there of) and the fact that she's gonna be a teenage girl soon. A move, teen years, and a short attention span don't mix well. Jazzy is French, Irish, Scottish, English and Blackfoot Indian. Wicked has many meanings and yes, Massachusians do use the word 'wicked' alot and for many things. It's kinda self contradicting. LOL

"I'm 10 years old. Yes, for fuck's sake I am a rebel and I have a bad mouth."

'Of course fucking not, dipshit.' "I'm only wearing jeans, a tank top, a football jersey and sneakers cuz I'm a pageant queen." I roll my eyes. "I'm a toomboy, through and through, Mr. Obvious."

Oh my! Ms. Jazzy's got some sass! LOL! I like her character! Also, don't get me wrong, I like your story, I really do, but why is she so young? I mean Justin was like 15, and JC 20, and Samantha is only ten! It seems like she should at least be fourteen or fifteen. Just my opinion, but otherwise, I really, really like your story!

Author's Response: She was born in 1983... But she acts Justin's age. She only has her mom. That back story will come out into the open as the story goes on. Being from the city and her mom's side of the family (being the baby of the generation) does play a role in her attitude and behaviors. She is not only a tomboy, but she also fights her own battles. I changed the age to 13. Jazzy has been reinvented. LOL. I let her grow up a little more than before, she's 13 now.
