Dana nodded her head as the two traveled in relative quiet until Dana spoke "do you miss her? My mother I mean?"

JC nodded his head "everytime Jo and Ted send a picture of you, I wonder what she would think or how she would react. When she left us, I was hurt and angry. Heck I even write a song about how bitter I was." he chuckled at the memory. "do you know the song Selfish from the Celebrity record?"

Dana nodded "wait that was about her?"

Nodding his head JC grinned "not only that it was about you too."

Dana slapped her hand to her forehead "no wonder why I love that song."

This part made me get a bit teary-eyed! You can tell that JC really loves Dana, and did what he thought was best for his daughter. He seems very protective of her. I loved this update, and can't wait for more! I'm so hooked on this story!

"Selfish" is one of my most favorite songs ever! It's so hard to choose a favorite *Nsync song, but Selfish is most definitely top three. I just love the lyrics, and JC's voice is filled with so much passion and emotion! I get chills when I listen to it!

JC rubbed his eyes "get in." He said as he started the car.

I don't know why but I like the sound of that, I would like to get inside JC's car.. LOL and I love the fact that he was getting looney that Dana was dating someone, hahah..he was flipping to Daddy mode..lolz this was a cute chapter, thanks for the update.. :)
