Hey, long time, no see! Sorry I've been MIA for so long. I also realize how long it's been since I gave you a decent review.

This poem really packs a punch. You captured a ton of feeling in few words, which is a surefire sign of genius writing. And it's so much like real life, it's frightening.

I'd say the last line delivers the hardest hit: "I only wish it was easier to let you go." There comes a time when you know things are what they are, and yet no one said you had to like the way they are. That final line hits the nail on the head so hard, stars are flying all over the place.
