Okay this has kinda gotten out of hand lol. I put up the disclaimer immediately after I saw that I had been plagiarized. This was when Fanfiction.net was down and then proceeded to be down for like three days and I had no way of contacting the person. While the disclaimer does reference what specifically happened to me (the HSM comment) it is a general disclaimer and the ending was meant to be slightly humorous. I was not calling the person who plagiarized me a douche and that was not my intention. I was merely saying that anyone who plagiarizes is a douche. I was trying to kind of go light and funny on the end since the disclaimer was kind of intense like "DON'T USE MY SHIT ALL CAPS AAAGH" I'm sorry if that wasn't clear. Needless to say I will be rewording the disclaimer in the near future lol
