stories/1486/images/justiceride.gifThe next day (10:12am)

Justin knocked a few times on Justice's bedroom door, waiting patiently for a response. "Come in!!!" he pulled the door open, peering in the room to gaze at her.

"Hey, I just wanted to tell you that I was leaving now. I will be back in a few hours. By that time, I hope you figured out what you wanna do." she sat on her bed, holding a teddy bear to her chest.

"Okay. Have fun." he smiled, winking at her.

"I will." he shut the door and headed down the stairs. On his way outside, his phone went off. "Damn." he pulled the phone out of his pocket, gazing at the screen to focus in on a familiar name. He quickly pressed the answer button and held the phone to his ear. "Morning, beautiful."

"Good morning, big daddy." a soft chuckle escaped his lips.

"Damn, you know just the right things to say." he pulled the car door open and sat in, shutting the door afterwards.

"I'm afraid I have some bad news." his smile instantly faded. "I have to fly out this afternoon." he completely felt down.

"Really? What happened?" he sat back in his seat.

"Well, my agent just called me and he just informed that I have a photo shoot tomorrow in Miami, Florida. It was some last minute thing so I didn't know." she explained.

"Damn, that sucks. I was really looking forward to having breakfast with you at home..." she giggled softly.

"I know and I promise I'll make it up to you. I shouldn't be gone long. Maybe two days at the most." he bit his lip in thought.

"Okay, well..." he stepped out of his car. "Let me know when you get back. I'm gonna miss you." she laughed in response.

"I'm gonna miss you too, big daddy." he always felt this tingly feeling in his bones whenever she said that. Not because of what she said but the WAY she said it. "I'll call you when I'm there."

"Okay. Talk to you then. Bye." he ended the call, slowly looking up to gaze at his house. This was not what he was expecting but it looked like he was going to be spending his day with Justice. "This should be fun." he entered the house and headed up the stairs. When he made it to the room, he reached out and pulled Justice's bedroom door open. To his surprise, she was laying in bed with her legs sprawled open and it looked to be like she was masturbating. "Oh my god." she fluttered her eyes open, quickly gazing in on him.

"Shit." she immediately covered herself with the sheets.

"I'm so sorry." he shut the door, still in a daze. He couldn't believe he just walked in on her pleasuring herself. Moments later, she pulled her door open--gazing in on Justin who was leaned up against the staircase railing. He lifted his head to stare at her. She stood there, concealing herself with a robe. "I'm sorry. I didn't...mean to barge in like that. I..."

"I thought you left." he stood up straight with his hands in his pockets.

"I did but Stacy had to cancel. She's flying out this afternoon for a photo shoot." she stood there, not having no idea what to say because she felt embarrassed. "Listen, it's okay. Don't make this a big deal." he ambled towards her. "Everybody masturbates. I..." he pointed to himself. "...masturbate. It's normal so don't act weird around me. Please."

"Um..." she met eyes with his. "I feel so embarrassed."

"Don't." he reached out, skimming her arms soothingly. "It's okay. Any way...get dressed. We're going out."

"Now? Well where are we going?" she entered her room, quickly searching for an outfit.

"I dunno. You choose the place. I'll be waiting for you downstairs." he headed back downstairs.
__________

"I haven't been on a ride in a longgg time." Justice stepped out of the car, gazing up at the carnival rides in awe. "Amazing. Come on." she rushed towards the entrance where a line was located.

"Damn, Justice. You see how long that line is? There's no way I'm standing..." she wrapped her arms around his.

"Just shut up and stop complaining. You promised we would have a good time so...we're gonna do just that." he looked away, scrutinizing their surroundings. There were a lot of kids running around, screaming and laughing. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. And he also noticed their were a lot of couples there.

"Shit. I hope no one thinks we're an item. I don't need anymore publicity on me."

"What's wrong with people thinking that?" he gawked her direction, locking eyes with hers. "It's not like I'm ugly."

"That's not the point. I have a girlfriend and when they see me and you walking around, holding each other...they're gonna think I'm being my normal...play boy self." he sighed heavily. "That's just not me anymore, if you get what I'm saying." she rolled her eyes while releasing him.

"Fine." he watched her step out of line and walk over to the ticket booth.

"Justice, what are you doing?" he watched her closely as she spoke to the guy sitting in the booth while pointing at him. "Jesus, what the hell is she doing now?" he mumbled. She smiled excitedly, gesturing him over. "Fuck." he hesitantly ambled towards her who at the time was chatting away with the ticket guy. "What are you doing?"

"This sweet guy agreed to let us pass everyone IF you pay a certain price." she hinted. He stood there, lowering his eyes at her. He could not believe she attempted something like this.

"This is so wrong. I can't agree to something like this."

"But Justin...all you have to do is pay a little more and we can get in now. We don't have to wait in that long line." she pointed.

"Why do you always do this? Every time we go somewhere, you come up with some scheme to get us to be treated special. Just because I'm famous doesn't mean I'm supposed to have special treatment." she rolled her eyes in frustration. "Sometimes I don't even know whether you're really my friend or just using me." her mouth hung open as she stood there, never feeling so offended in her life.

"I can not believe you just said that. I'm using you? How the hell? We've been friends since kindergarten! Why would you even say something like that?" he grabbed his wallet from out of his pocket and pulled out a couple hundred dollars.

"Can we just have our tickets please? I can't stand here any longer while you continue embarrassing me with this...phony act." the ticket guy grabbed the money from him and handed them both an all day pass. "Thank you." he brushed pass her and headed towards the entrance.

"Ju-Ju." she called, quickly following behind him. She knew what she was doing. She only called him that when she knew she was in the wrong. "Slow down, will ya!" she grabbed a hold to his arm as she tried keeping up with his pace. "So, what ride do you wanna get on first? she asked, pretending as if nothing happened.

"I hate when you do that." he mumbled, quickly scanning their surroundings. His eyes slowly focused on a ride called, THE DEATH TOWER. It looked very interesting and a bit scary. For some reason, he wanted to teach her a lesson for the stunt she pulled back there at the gate and he was having a good feeling about this ride. He wanted to get her on a ride that was very stomach turning and this looked like the perfect one. "I think I found a ride." he grabbed her hand, pulling her along.

"THE DEATH TOWER?" she gazed at it, suddenly feeling a little nervous. Her stomach was a bit weak when it came to wild rides so she was very hesitant about this one. "I dunno. You sure we should..."

"Oh I'm sure." he wrapped his arm around her, keeping her in place. No telling her--she might try and sneak off. "Aren't you so excited?" he flashed his teeth at her. "This should be fun."

"Justin..." he held up his all day pass for the person in charge to see. "I don't think I wanna..."

"Come on. Don't chicken out now." he lead her towards one of the seats. "You wanted to have fun so here we are." he took a seat, pulling her down beside him. "Have fun."

Ten minutes had passed and THE DEATH TOWER ride was finally finished. Justice couldn't wait to get off of it. Her hair was pointed in all different directions and her stomach was doing flips. If she didn't get off that ride soon, she would have puked everywhere. When the bar to the seat lifted, she quickly jumped up and rushed towards the exit, covering her mouth. Justin remained seated with this grin on his face. He knew what he did was a little cruel but she had to learn a lesson. And that was not to take his fame for granted.

He finally stood up and made his way towards the exit. When he exited the ride area, his eyes immediately focused in on Justice who was hovering over a garbage can, puking her guts out. "Shit." he looked away, feeling completely bad for how he behaved. At first it seemed like a good idea but now he was regretting it. She covered her mouth, crying faintly. "Justice..." he ambled towards her. "Hey, you okay?" of coarse she wasn't. He always asked the most obvious questions when he already knew the answer to them.

"I feel horrible." she sniffled. "My head hurts from screaming so much. And I feel like..." she quickly hovered over the garbage can, puking once more.

"Maybe we should leave."

"No." she shook her head. "Not after you paid all of that money for getting us in here." he was instantly reminded of why he did this to her, feeling even more worse than before.

"This was all my fault." she slowly looked up to gaze at him. "I knew you had a weak stomach and I...made you get on this ride. I'm sorry." she wiped the tears from her eyes.

"Maybe I deserved it."

"I don't think you understand what I'm trying to say. I intentionally made you get on the ride." she flashed him a questioning look. "I thought I would teach you a lesson for making us skip all those people. And I know it was horrible for thinking something like that and I'm sure you probably will never forgive me..." he unsuspectingly felt a hand fly across his cheek.

"How could you do something like this to me? Is this how you treat people you 'supposedly' care about? You're a fucking asshole, you know that?" she pushed him violently. "I wanna go home. I can't be around some ass wipe right now." she spat out, quickly heading towards the exit of the amusement park.

"Dammit. Justice?" he followed behind her. "Justice, wait!" he reached out to grab her, stopping her in her tracks.

"You wanna know a secret?" she leisurely turned to face him, tears streaming down her face. "I've had this...mad crush on you since we were in fifth grade." he had no idea what to say because this came as a surprise to him. "It started after we kissed during spin-the-bottle." she laughed pathetically. "I don't know why but...it never went away. The feelings that I have for you." she finally met his gaze. "I'm sure you're wondering why I'm telling you this. Well..." she cleared her throat. "I think my feelings got stronger after reading that article Stacy wrote about you. About how you made her feel like she was in heaven." her eyes slowly watered up with tears. "How you made her feel like she was the only woman in the world. I used to feel that way, you know." she sniffled profoundly, finding it hard to form one simple word. "You used to make me feel like that before you became this...big pop star. Now I'm just Justice, your childhood friend." she begin to cry once more.

"I...I didn't know. Why haven't you told me this?"

"Would it have made a difference? I'm like a sister to you, remember? You never looked at me that way. And I don't blame you. I'm not sexy! I'm nothing like Stacy. She's beautiful!" she sniffled uncontrollably. "Oh god. I...I'm...sorry."

"Justice..." he wrapped his arms around her, holding her firmly. "How can you say those things about you? You're beautiful whether you want to believe it or not. You hear me?" he pulled away to gaze in her watery eyes. "You're beautiful and I love you. With all my heart. No woman can ever replace you. I may have girlfriends...maybe even one that I might fall in love with but they can never take your spot. I'm always gonna be here for you. Through the good and bad times. I can't really say that for some woman I may end up with. We can break up and go our separate ways but you and I...what we have is on a different level." he wiped the tears from under her eyes. "You should know that. You shouldn't be standing here crying and feeling like this loser. What happened to the Justice who walked around with her head up in stride?" she chuckled softly. "What is wrong with you women? You can be the most beautiful woman in the world and you still think you're ugly."

Three hours had passed and they finally decided to head back home. "Ahaha, that was so much fun." Justice laughed profoundly. "I wish we could do that more often." he gawked to the side to gaze at her. She sat there, her smile never fading. He didn't remember seeing her so happy in a long time.

"You're so beautiful. I just don't see how you can think any different." she looked his direction, her smile slowly fading.

"How come you've never...tried anything with me?" he looked away, putting his focus back on the road. "We've slept in the same bed many of times. You even saw me naked before." she laid her head back against the head rest. "It just amazes me sometimes."

"I don't know. Maybe I have too much respect for you. I think the reason why I've never came onto you is because I like what we have. Why would you wanna complicate things between us? If we were to get together, things would never be the same. I can be myself with you and if I started dating you...things would change. I will have to start watching what I say to you. There would be jealous issues. All that girlfriend, boyfriend BS."

"I understand what you're saying. I like what we have now and I wouldn't want to jeopardize that." she paused, taking in all the silence around them. "I was just curious, that's all."

"Hmm." he bit his lip, hesitant to say what was on his mind. "You make it sound like you wanted me to try something." she looked away, biting her lip to conceal her blushing. "I take that as a yes."

"I'm sorry, I just..." she shrugged her shoulders. "I've had thoughts about it." he pulled up at a red light, slowly looking away to stare at her. She kept her head out the window, watching the cars drive by.

"This conversation between us is not going to effect our friendship, is it?"

"I hope not." she met eyes with his. "A girl can dream, right?" he sat there, burning a hole into her. They both sat there, gazing into one another's eyes--never breaking a smile. "Would it be wrong of me to kiss you right now?" he bit his lip, scrutinizing her carefully.

"I really wish you told me this before I started seeing someone." her face slowly inched closer to his. "I'm trying so hard to be this good guy. You know, this ONE woman man but it's so hard..." she placed her finger over his lips, hushing him.

"That's because you're trying to be someone you're not. I know you really like Stacy but at the end of the day, you're still a man who has needs." she was THIS close to kissing him before they were interrupted by a car horn. He quickly looked away to realize the light had changed.

"Shit." he pulled off, chuckling to himself. "You're really trying to get me in trouble, aren't you?" she giggled softly, never taking her eyes off him.

"Why would I do that? I'm a good girl, remember?" he looked at her from the corner of his eye.

"Yeah. A good girl who likes to masturbate. Ahaha." she sat there with this astounded look on her face and he couldn't help but laugh at her facial expression. It was so hilarious to him.

"You jerk!" she sat back in her seat, crossing her arms over her chest. "You're so lucky I love you, otherwise you would've been getting beat down."

"Ha-Ha. I love you too, big head." twenty minutes later, he pulled up in his driveway and turned off the car. "I'm exhausted." he sat back in his seat, exhaling heavily. "All I wanna do is knock out but I can't." he looked away to gaze at her. "I still have a few more hours to spend with you." she removed her seat belt, sitting up afterwards.

"I'm not that cruel. You can get some rest if you want." his eyes lit up instantly.

"Really? You're such a sweetheart." he removed his seat belt and stepped out of the car. "I probably will only sleep for an hour. It's too early to call it a night." she followed him inside the house, shutting the door behind her. "I'll see you in a few, all right?" he held her hand, stopping her in her tracks. "I'm glad we had that talk." she smiled warmly.

"Me too." he released her hand and proceeded up the stairs. When he entered his room, he removed his shoes and climbed in bed. "Yes." he moaned, covering himself with the blanket.
__________

Justin fluttered his eyes open, automatically gazing in on the digital clock that sat on his bedside dresser. 6:34pm. "Damn." he rolled over on his other side, his eyes immediately focusing in on Justice who laid beside him sleeping silently. This startled him a bit because he wasn't expecting to see her laying next to him. He laid there, watching her closely as she slept peacefully. He lifted his arm, brushing her cheek delicately. She moaned softly, slowly opening her eyes to stare at him. "Hey." a smile gradually formed across her lips.

"Hey." he slid closer to her.

"What are you doing in here?" she bit her lip in thought.

"I don't know. I guess I wanted to take a nap with you. I didn't feel like sleeping by myself." she rolled over on her back to stare up at the ceiling.

"How long have I been out?" he asked, sitting up and resting his back against the headboard.

"Probably an hour and a half." he rubbed his tired eyes soothingly. "You look exhausted. You want me to leave so you can get more sleep?"

"No." he looked away, locking eyes with hers. "Stay. Maybe we can just...talk or something." he assured, hearing his cell phone go off. "Damn, I really don't feel like answering that." he reached for his jeans that were laying on the floor next to the bed. When he found the device, he pressed the TALK button--resting it against his ear. "Hey." he glanced back at Justice who had her gaze on him. "Um, where are you? Did you make it there yet?" he stepped out of bed and headed towards the bathroom. "Oh...okay. Well I just got up. Justice and I went out to the theme park for a few hours. You're about to get off the plane now? Okay, well call me when you get to your hotel. Okay, ahaha." he made smooching sounds at her. "Talk to you in a few. Bye." he sat the phone on the counter, slowly lifting his head to gaze at Justice through the mirror. Her back was against the wall with her arms crossed over her chest. "You okay?" he turned to face her.

"I don't know." she moved in closer to him. "I feel so lost." she wrapped her arms around him, resting her head on his chest. "Do you love her?"

"Um..." he really had no idea what to say. "I don't know. I...I think I'm head over heels for her. If that's what you mean."

"Yeah, I wouldn't blame you for feeling that way." she lifted her head to gaze at him. "She is hot." she spoke with a chuckle.

"Is there something you wanna tell me? I just feel like you're keeping something from me." she released him, taking a few steps back. "You know you can talk to me about anything. We've known each other for a very long time so I know when something's bothering you."

"I'm...I'm scared." she fiddled with her fingers nervously.

"About what?" she didn't want to talk about what was itching her so she decided not to answer the question. Instead, she departed the bathroom and made her way towards the bedroom door.

"It's nothing. I'm gonna go to my room."

"Justice...not this again." he followed her out of the room and down the hallway. "Girl..." he grabbed her before she made it to her room. "...stop playing games with me. What's been going on with you? You're so dramatic lately and you've just been...acting like a bitch. Sorry to say it, but it's the truth. You seem very clingy too."

"I just feel like being around you, that's all."

"And?" he persuaded her to continue. "Tell me the whole truth."

"I haven't been completely honest with you." she stepped back from him, exhaling greatly. This was very difficult for her to confess because she had a bad feeling that their friendship was going to go downhill once he found out the truth.

"Spill it out, already." he spoke impatiently.

"I've been trying to find ways of getting you to sleep with me..." she paused, watching his facial expression change from normal to uncertainty. "...because I'm pregnant." this dismayed look was plastered on his face. He was so confused and dumbfounded because for one, he had no clue what she was trying to say and two, he just found out she was with child.

"How far along are you?"

"Two months." she could feel herself getting emotional once again. "That's the reason why I was afraid of getting on that ride earlier." it all made since now. She threw up because she was pregnant and not because of the ride. "But that's not the only thing I needed tell you. I...I love you so much. I want you to know that." her eyes were now filled with tears.

"Well I do. Now tell me what's going on?"

"No matter what happens, you will still love me?" for some reason, he was starting to question that himself. If she was having a hard time telling him, then it really had to be bad.

"You're scaring me now. I...wanna know what's going on but at the same time, I'm kind of hesitant to find out. I promised you I will always be here for you. So, I will try as hard as I can to keep my word." she ran her fingers through her hair in frustration. This was really going to be the hardest thing she ever did. Confessing to her best friend that she tried setting him up.
