It's February 7 and she's going on tour with them again in a couple days, so I highlight her number in my contact list. I weigh the pros and cons of calling right at this very moment, deciding on figuring out if it's worth it when she answers. "Hello?" her voice answers.
"Hey, Oshannie!" I chirp.
"What's up?"
"Not too much, jus-"
"That's good."
"What the fuck?"
I hear a short giggle erupt from her. "Leave a message!" *beep*
"You punk! You changed your voicemail greeting! Call me back, Oshannie!" I laugh, disconnecting the call.
Chris gives me a strange look. "What was that about?"
"Call her," Justin wheezes out between laughs.
I watch Chris call her. "Hey, you! Just wondering how you're hol-. Stop and listen. You suck, return my call," Chris says in response to her voicemail greeting before hanging up, looking at Justin and I burst out laughing. My arms wrap around my stomach and I bend at the waist, laughing almost uncontrollably. "Fuck you both!" he says, unquestionably giving us a single finger salute or two.

We're in the UK right now and I miss her, knowing the time zones differ just slightly. I'm sure she's at rehearsals and Chris is getting ready to call a Canadian radio station to have an interview, so we leave his hotel room to let him do his thing. I lay back down, exhaustion taking me over when my phone plays 'White Wedding'. "Ugh," I groan, launching my arm out to grab my cell and answering it. "Yeah?"
"You called? I changed it to piss people off."
"So you return calls," I joke, rolling onto my back.
"Psssshhhhh, when don't I? On tour doesn't count for me if it doesn't for you!" Always trying to be fair to everyone.

As soon as we hung up, I know I had fallen asleep and I jump in the shower. I head down to the cafè the hotel has and get some lunch, making sure to get a booth away from everyone.

I know we have quite a few dates and things lined up for publicity for NSA, making us out of our minds busy. I always keep in touch with family, especially my parents and siblings. I guess you could say that it's been a couple weeks now, so I make time to call my baby sister. "Oshai!" she squeals.
"Hey, you."
"It's been a good while," she reminds me.
"You know the promo circuit," I reiterate.
"Yeah, yeah," she mutters.
"You're still coming for the release party?"
"When and where again?"
"Your fave club in NYC, March 21," I tell her for the third time since it was set up. "Johnny invited the Boys, plus five to show the media there's no bad blood between our groups when there is." I roll my eyes, the five of us don't hate the whole band-just Nick Carter.
"Works, our tour ends March 15th and we're just about half done with it now."
I forgot it's a short tour this time. She might join us on the upcoming tour for NSA, but she might have another tour planned already which means I have to ask now. "What are you doing after this leg or their tour?"
"I'm scheduled for rehearsals for a tour with a new artist, Christina Aguilera. First appearance is at the Disney Summer Jam in Orlando, June 23. The tour begins shortly after that."
"We can try to be there for you like you have us."
"Alright! See you soon!"
After that, we got into a huge blowout fight the next day. We haven't spoken or texted a word to each other since and tomorrow is the release party.
