The sound of screaming children, the dings of video games going off as tickets came flying out of the slot. The smell of pizza filled the air. Jennifer looked over at Justin scarfing down his pizza and couldn't help but chuckle. When Madisons pleading brought them to Chuck-E-Cheese she couldn't help but laugh. What a first date huh? Her eyes drited to Madison who was giggling along with Justin. She was surprised her daughter took such a liking to him. She was usually very uncomfortable with anyone outside her mother or immediate family members. She figured there had to be something about Justin that she just couldn't quite put her finger on. But she knew she wanted to get to know him better. Anyone who was good with her daughter was an easy way to her heart.

"Your awfully quiet." Justin finally spoke up when he saw Jennifer looking at him with intrest.

"Just thinking." she said in an almost whisper but smile at him. "What's wrong with you?" she asked suddenly.

Justin stopped mid-chew raising his eyebrows at her. "Excuse me?" he was confused, that was not a question he got very often.

"I mean, your not like alot of guys I usually meet. Your so good with Madison. Your sweet, and funny and charming. So something obviously has to be wrong with you that I dont see."

Justin couldn't help but laugh at that. "Well as far as I know, theres nothing wrong with me. I--" before he could finish his sentence a few girls who looked about 12 years old approached him.

"Are you Justin Timberlake?" one asked nervously.

Jennifer looked from Justin to the girls and back to Justin with a confused look on her face, seeing this Justin surpressed a smile before answering the young girls. "Yes, thats me."

"Can we have your autograph?"

"Sure thing sweetie." Justin answered scribbling his name on the paper that was handed to him before handing it back with a smile. "There you go girls. It was nice to meet you"

"You too" they answered breathlessly before walking away.

Once they were gone Justin turned back to Jennifer with a sheepish smile. "Sorry about that."

"What..was?" she started but Justin put his hand up.

"I'm kind of in the entertainment business."

"tha entataindment bizzyness?" Madison giggled next to him having no idea what the conversation was about.

Justin laughed at the little girl next to him. He loved how carefree she was. Not having a care in the world. He wished everyone could be like that. She had a sparkle in her eyes that Justin couldn't help but fall in love with. He never thought he'd make friends with someone with a child, and here he was at Chuck-E-Cheese of all places, with someone he never expected.

"Entertainment Business?" Jennifer eyed him suspisously. He didn't look familar, then it clicked.

"I remember you. You were on the mickey mouse club" she said with a cheeky grin.

Justin rolled his eyes playfully. "Oh don't remind me." He joked. "That was so long ago, I'm doing my own solo thing now"

"Thats pretty cool" Jennifer said taking a bite of her pizza. "Are you any good?" she said teasingly.

Justin grinned back. "Eh, I'm ok." he turned to Madison, gaining her full attention. "Hey Maddie you wanna go in the playscape?"

"YEAH!" she squealed jumping in her seat.

"Madison, baby calm down." Jennifer scolded her daughter shaking her head.

"Come on sweetie!" Justin said lifting the little girl into his arms and running to the playscape with her,

Jennifer following behind laughing at the pair. She sat on the chair and watched as Justin chased Madison through the play scape with a playful growl as Madison let out a squeal trying to distance herself from him. She came running out of the playscape towards her mothe sitting in one of the folding chairs.

"Mommy!" she squealed as she jumped into her mothers arms and clung on tightly.

"Is Justin after you baby?" she chuckled looking down at her daughters wide eyes.

"He gonna eat me mommy!" she said with a serious look on her face but a smile very apparent in her eyes.

Seconds after, she saw Justin crawling his way out of the playscape. "Madison I'm gonna get you!" Justin growled as he approached the girls.

Madison let out a playful screaming holding onto her mother tightly. The scream nearly peircing her mothers ears.

"Madsion! Not so loud." she said over Madisons giggles, but couldn't help but smile when Justin grabbed Madison swinging her around, tickling her and making her laugh. This may not be the most romantic date she'd ever been on but it definately made her happy, as well as her daughter and that was whats important.

After an exciting evening, Justin drove the girls back to their apartment. Shutting off the car he turned to around to see Madison fast asleep in the backseat, he smiled as he watched her breathing heavily. He turned back to Jennifer with a smile.

"She's something else." he said looking back at Madison's sleeping form.

"She really is. I'm so lucky to have her. She's the best thing thats happened to me." she answered then giggled when Justin pouted. "and meeting you of course. Your so good with her. It's so hard to find that. Most guys I've dated have run away the minute they found out I had a daughter. They just aren't ready for it."

"I understand and I don't expect to be a parent soon but I enjoyed being with both of you, and would like to continue too." he said giving Jennifer a smile.

"I would really like that and I know Madison would too. Shes really smitten with you"

"Yeah well I have that charm" Justin joked before Jennifer lightly smacked him on the arm. "I'm kidding. I like her too. She's adorable."

"Yeah, she is." Jennifer said looking adoringly at her daughter. "I should probably get her inside."

"Here let me help you" Justin said stepping out of the car, before opening the door and as gently as possible carrying the sleeping girl into the house.

"Where is her room?" Justin whispered.

"Down the hall and to the left" Jennifer whispered back.

Justin brought the little girl into her room, gently placing her on her bed, placing the covers over her and kissed her head softly. "Good night Madison" he whispered and moved aside so Jennifer could say goodnight to her.

"Good night Babygirl. I love you." Jennifer said kissing her daughter.

"wuv you mommy" Madison answered groggily making Jennifer smile back.

Jennifer shut the door and turned to Justin. They stared into each others eyes for a quiet moment, not wanting to say anything and spoil it.

Finally Justin spoke up "I had alot of fun today"

"Me too. Madions as well. Thanks for a great day." she responded.

"It's no problem, Maybe we can do it again sometime?"

"I'd like that." Jennifer answered as she walked Justin to the door.

"It's a date" Justin grinned.

"That was so cheesy." Jennifer laughed at him.

"Yeah I know. Goodnight Jen." he said kissing her cheek, making her blush.

"Goodnight Justin." she waved before shutting the door, a huge grin growing on her face.
