You know, as much as I would like to, I'm starting to dislike Emma as a character. She had a chance, she didn't take it. She knew she was attracted to him but refused him out of pride. It's been over a year, and Max is invested in her already and then she has an epiphany that Justin is the one for her. Like Cooper said, it's been a year. She should have come to months ago, but again the pride thing.
Whew~ all that hate for a fictional person XD; Props to you for making her un-May Sue-like and making her human.o/
I hope Justin has a girlfriend. >3 She deserves to actually chase after him for once. As for her happiness, I'll just hold my opinion on that matter to see if she deserves Justin back. *nods sagely*

haha yeah... emma is... i guess she's the epitome of every confused, stupid, self-centered, stubborn woman in the world. she's a screw up, and she knows it. but hopefully, she'll find her way back to the good side... who knows! haha.
ah... that was actually my intention with her. i didn't want her to be the typical female lead, i wanted her to be frustrating and stupid and the kind of girl you just want to slap around a bit. so i'm thrilled to hear that's coming across the way i wanted!
haha... she'll be opening a can of worms if she actually takes cooper's advice and goes to see justin... that's all i'm sayin! haha.

Cooper is right. Band aid. Poor Max but it had to be done. I'd rather have her hurt him and leave the 'comfort' of their relationship then have her pretend that it'll be more than she knows it to be. Waiting to see what happens next with Justin. Although others might think it a stupid move to do, they (Justin and Max) deserve to be told the truth. More of a 'You-were-right' moment for Justin than anything.
I just have to compare because you updated the two stories close but the disparity in the progression plot kinda feels like a roller coaster to me. Welcome to the World has reached a high and this one is moving at a constant pace. But I love them both the same. I have to say that these two stories have become my new 90210/Gossip Girl substitute *nods sagely* So much love to you for being crazy enough to write to crazy-ass bishes who we all love to love or hate ♥
That said, looking forward to your next update/s since they both are the 'interesting chapters' 8Db *gives you a batch of plot pudding and bunnies to help write them*

haha indeed! welcome to the world, as well as vegas, are my babies and i kind of like the up and down element with justin and madison, plus both of those also had outlines and such. this one... well... i started with a basic idea, didn't use any type of outline, and pretty much make this up as i go along. and i wanted it to be a little different... i wanted it to have that constant turmoil thing because i'm just twisted like that. lol. but... i'm glad someone noticed those differences!
haha... thank you! makes me feel pretty special to qualify as a substitute for those two shows and all their insanity! and what can i say? i just like my characters a little on the unstable side, i just can't help it. lol.

Justin Timberlake was going back to school. He knew that he was going to be in hell on earth indefinitely because he wasn't going to just any school. He was going to attend the toughest, strictest boarding school in the country to prove to the public and his fans that he could indeed survive school life after being issued the challenge on live television. And, he was going in prepared for whatever his school life experience would dish out at him. There was just one flaw in his little plan. He was prepared for everything except the last thing he ever thought would happen to him while attending Higher Heights Boarding School...falling in love. Like that wasn't disaster enough, he had to end up falling for the most unlikely candidate in the entire school who wasn't even his type which only proved to Justin that the biggest challenge he was going to face, was yet to come...
Dundundun. Delilah should have let him walk away. But the funnest of things happen when you're drunk/high/smashed/intoxicated. They make for great drama later on 8D I'm not even fixating on the cliffie. I just love the high Delilah. She's very funny. Lovely as usual my dear :) Can't wait to read what happens next for these two ♥

*squees in utter fan girl enjoyment* I've been anxiously waiting for an update on this story and I'm glad you put out a chapter for it.
Plot-wise I do not have anything much to stay since we're all at the beginning of the story and it would be hard to hypothesize where things are going. But as usual, the exposition of the story is excellent and I can differentiate the two characters from the other.
That's pretty much it and I can't wait to see what happens :)

One psycho-ing girlfriend always makes for interesting drama to happen in the story. I can just see a major stand-off between the two and I know that it will be entertaining should it happen.
I always love the part where characters get angsty over the status quo and start to be suspicious of everyone, which leads them to do stupid things, AND THEN it ends up biting them in the ass because it wouldn't happen if they didn't react that way in the first place. But I ramble ^^; I guess I'm just uber excited over recent developments. Can't wait to see future explosions and involvement of other characters.

Justin is sooooo wrong. I can feel it. And I also have the feeling Justin will get to see what JC had to do for Madison when he realizes he's doing that for Keri in the long run. That'll be interesting. He really is a douche. But he's right, he's a smart douche. Too bad Madison will HATE him for putting her through that but I guess that's why I love these two.
For one thing their relationship is far from normal and they made it work. But most importantly they're sooo real. Especially Madison. I know my friends and I had similar bouts with their significant others during one point or another. And though Justin is a dick, I also love him for being real. He's not Prince-Charming and doesn't give in to Madison which is how some of my guy friends are. I sorta want to strap on my seatbelt with a huge bucket of popcorn just to watch all the drama that is to unfold.
But I have to say, JC is being quiet here. When is he going to be an active participat in this story? :<

lol... oh god, these two are so beyond dysfunctional, but i guess that's why i love them so. and madison is just... she's me, minus the whole rock star thing of course. lol. her random freak outs, the way she thinks (even though it's not always intelligent), she's just so totally me and i guess that's a big part of the reason i enjoy writing her so much.

My initial excitement for tension aside, I just know Justin would do that from the moment you wrote someone took Chain and that Madison thought it perfectly described them. Though this totally made me hate fictional!JT, I totally love you for writing this. I don't know, maybe it's the little devil in me cheering on much needed chaos and drama and angst between characters. Yes, I love seeing them tortured. Emotional and otherwise. *hintnudge*
I shall end my mini cheer for evil plot trickery and overlook the fact you just ended this chapter with a cliffie because I think it fits, and it ends where it should.
Please to be hurrying up and finishing the next chapter realization of Madison's fury because I would really really REALLY like to see Justin have it handed to him. Like I said, he's brilliant businesswise and the perfect manager, but he's a huge douche for doing this. *cheers Madison on* JC please to be rubbing it in his face when this falls apart on him.

lol... i actually considered doing this as either a two part chapter, or throwing madison's reaction in there, but the lyrics and the last line just seemed like a good ending, so i pretty much just said hell with it and went with it. lol, so i'm definitely glad ya enjoyed!

Before I go into a rant like I usually do with anything that involves this story, I would like to say that you just caused me a blonde moment XD; I got sooooo excited over the update that I momentarily stopped focusing on anything but it. *U*; Ahem. Anyway...
FINALLY.
The one thing Justin has going for him is that he knows what a pathetic excuse for a boyfriend he is. Partially, I can't blame him for getting involved or Keri for wanting to be part of it but I seriously fault him for not talking to Madison about it. He could have at least eased her into the idea instead of slapping her in the face with it. JC must be feeling vindicated at the moment. Also, I kinda expected worse from Madison given what he did. I feel as though she has matured somehow, especially how she managed not to confront him or Keri the first moment she got. I hope Justin manages to make it up to her :<
As usual awesome update definitely worth the blonde moment8D We get to see what Justin's thinking and at least he wasn't a total asshole. Also props for the confrontation though I think Madison should have broken his nose. Can't wait to see what happens next. If I might suggest, though I doubt it'd be feasible to do it because the structure of the narrative is already set this way, maybe a few chapters from the other characters' perspective may give a different dimension to the story. Just an idea really ^^; I don't have any qualms about Justin and Madison's perspective but it's just that I'm curious to find out what the others think.

I don't exactly blame her for wanting to not feel bad and I get how you can feel overwhelmed by situation and not do anything about it but drugs = bad idea. I sense this might spiral out of control later on. *w*; And it's just sad that they're fighting again but like I said bring on the drama. I hate it when misunderstandings happen between couples but they're both equally to blame for it. And also, I feel as though Keri's about to unleash her claws and do something Madison and/or Justin won't particularly like.

Though the fan girl in me is cheering his defensiveness of Madison and his apparent hate for Keri, the odd effect is I more than ever would like to hear her side of things. It just makes me curious.
