I was listening to JoJo's "Homeboy" today and it totally reminded me of this fic. Needless to say, I've been following this and it's been intriguing me from the start. Can't wait to see what happens next! :)

That lady at the last part of the chapter is intriguing me. I mean, I like how Liz is stood up for JC and did not believe the woman's allegations and all, but I'm curious as to how the woman knows JC. Is she an ex or something? And does she have a part to play in his relationship with Liz? I wonder what JC has to say about this encounter. Or will Liz even mention the lady to JC? Bah, all the questions!! Haha. The title says it all. I feel bad for Liz being left alone planning for the wedding and everything, but on the other hand, I can't blame JC either. I remember he said once on an interview or something that relationships do take the backseat to his career. I just wish that it didn't take him forever to let her know at the very last minute that he's not coming home soon. Now she's even more disappointed. Nice update! :)
About damn time, JC! Get married now! I'm glad he was sensitive enough to sense that she wasn't too happy about what he did. And that they were able to talk it out. Nice update! :)

Whew. Glad you kept her alive. I thought you were going to put on some big twist or something LOL I don't know if JC's departure is the best idea. Of course, Liz pushed him away but I don't think she'd want him to leave her literally in the middle of this. Hope it all works out though. Nice job.
Author's Response: LOL Actually, I was going to create that big twist but in the middle of outlining the next chapter with that plot, I just didn't wanna do it. I think I grew to love writing Liz so much I didn't want to let too much happen to her. :P We'll see how everyone reacts to JC leaving in the middle of all this.
