Hi!  Long time lurker of this site.  Decided to finally join and put up some of my ideas. Feel free to leave constructive criticism; I take it well and I appreciate the time spent to help me with my writing.

I hope you enjoy.

In a lot of my stories, you'll find an OC by the name of Annaleigh "Ace" Carr. Annaleigh is a feisty, guarded, but fun loving southern girl hailing from Clinton, Mississippi and childhood friends with none other than Lance Bass. You can follow her and Lance's journey in the "Cards" series.

Author's Response: I almost got choked up, too, and that's saying a lot. I've yet to cry at any book or movie (though a select few brought me perilously close to the edge), but I swear, I'm going to make myself cry one of these days.

Awww, Chris! That almost made me cry. But, I loved it. This whole chapter was great. I'm so glad Joey was able to forgive them and let them back into his life. This was so sweet, I was smiling the whole time.

The end of this chapter had me sitting SO CLOSE to the screen trying to see what was going to happen next. Poor Joey. And it hurt my heart to see the others so worried

PS: I want to congratulate you on finishing college, but I'm soooo sorry to hear about your dad. My condolences.

Ooooooh, I don't like Jake. That is such a mean thing to do. But, I loved that whole scene with JC and Joey. It was great to read and put a smile on my face.

 This line on the other hand--“I never felt so helpless in all my life, and I hated every single minute of it.”--just about broke my heart.

That was cruel. And unfortunately, it happens a lot in the real world. No wonder JC was so harsh on Sheri, even though he was a little too hasty. It's hard to see people as they really are, and your heart is always at risk. Fortunately, in Sheri's case, it's a good investment, and the only downside of meeting her is that there isn't more time to spend with her.

We all hate feeling helpless, but there comes a time when there simply isn't anything we can do about a situation. There certainly wasn't anything I could do about my dad's death at all, and goodness knows I hated it.

heh. heh. They both have James in their name. Iwas hoping an actual wedding between the two of  them, but it was worth seeing Mel and Joey freak out and demand to know why they were there and dressed up.

I'm so glad you updated, but three chapters? (Not that I'm not happy, but tut, tut. Youve made me look bad. haha)

LOL don't be too impressed, I had a good majority of 2 of those already written that I just had to edit and add in things.

I struggled with not having a real wedding for them but I thought under the insane circumstances I seem to have put them...this was enough stress. LOL

It's a good thing the man doesn't take the woman's last name, huh? :P
