Title: EPILOGUE (I GOT YOU, BABE)
you know i came across this story last thursday, first of all i loved the story absolutely love it. i printed th story out and i read it each night before i went to bed, during my lunch break at work or school. i finished it tuesday but wasnt able to get on here and say anything. i in all of my years of reading and writing fan fics, i have never seen a writer grow as time goes on, because at first i could tell it was your first story, but by the time you finished it was like you've been writing years. now i see why you got your award, you deserved it. the chocolate i never knew all those things but i loved how you made it work into the story. i dont know what to say is wow, its amazing story, i loved it, it put a smile on my face and the laughter. i was personally wondering if you tutored fan fiction ;-D cause i could learn some pointers seriously. now i must go read the squeal. later dayz - dani Author's Response: haha I had fun (most of the time haha) writing that story. The beginning...wow...hmm...well, that came from back in the day when I would force my sister to sit down and write with me. We wrote a bunch of crap, it wasn't ever meant to be anything good. I was getting into fan fiction and wondering if I could write something like that...so then one day I just had this weirdo dream. And I woke up and was like that's my first story! haha Then I used a bit of some other story me and my sister wrote together (when I'd written it and tried to get her to write something too, but by then she didn't care about that stuff anymore) changed it a bit, and probably a year or so later added that first paragraph...so anyways, that story wound up taking me a ridick long time to finish. I'm talking, years. haha So my style had to change otherwise that would mean I wasn't growing as a writer. haha I usually judge whether I've gotten any better by waiting awhile (months, maybe a whole year) then going back and reading something I thought was really good at the time, then if I think to myself that's crap! haha Then I know I must have gotten better to see that in something I was once proud of. And that's where I'm at with this story. It was my baby at one point, now I just kinda shake my head at it and laugh and wonder what I could do if I was to re-write it. Which I'll probably never do, cause I'm too lazy for that. haha The award was like smile fluff or something like that...lol But hey, it was my first so I was giddy. Not that I'm overflowing in 'em now though. haha Anyways, thanks for reading. Thanks for reviewing. Thanks for giving me a little ego boost. haha I definitely appreciate it. About the sequel though...hmm lol well, let's just say I had big hopes for it and now...*sighs* Best Of Me is my new baby. I suggest that one. :) P.S. If I did tutor it, my first lesson would be don't fall in the sequel trap. haha

I liked your story the only thing that kinda irked me was the fact that he cheated on Britney first and had no remorse or anything about it. I just didn't think that was really realistic BUT ultimately it's your story and I think you did an okie dokie job with it.
Author's Response: I think more people are reading it now that it\'s old as dirt than when I was originally posting it. Hmmm. lol Anyways, yeah, I agree with you it probably was. If I was to ever go back and rewrite it, I\'d probably change that. Hell, I\'d probably change a lot things. lol But that was my first try, I wrote it a long time ago...so I guess a \'okie dokie job\' is good, right? haha :/ Anyways, for reading and reviewing! I always like to hear what people think of my writing.

LOL. I loved this story... from beginning to the end, it was great. True it was long as hell (lol) but every bit of it was good. I can't wait to read everything else you've written. Keep up the great work :)

I'm a terrible person, I admit, I admit....It's taken me a long ass time to finish this story (not because I wasn't interested, but I really didn't have time!). I've been reading ever since I said I had to appreciate your pimping on the forum or whatever I said...LOL And I feel so bad, because I should have reviewed ages ago... Anyway, I'm just gonna leave one big gushing review right now, okay? lol I really loved this story! Although the storyline has been done before, you really pulled it off, which a lot of people can't really do, so great job on that. I could just go on and on, but I don't wanna waste your time so in short...well done, and I'm sorry I've not had time to review before! *plods off to read sequel with a smile on face....* lol
Author's Response: lol No, you're not a terrible person. Long ass time or not...hey, at least you read it and reviewed it, both of which I greatly appreciate it. Yeah, it's funny how when I started writing this which was probably back in '01 I hadn't read many with the best friend thing going on and then when I started to post it, much later I noticed the storyline had become pretty common. For a while there all I was reading was fan fics where somehow the girl gets backstage or something, meets the guys and manages to fall in with one of them and for them to fall for her. But I'm glad you found something to like about it despite that. :) Hope you like the sequel as much, if not more than, you liked this one. And thanks again for letting me know what you think!

Awww girl, you seriously had me up till like 5 am reading this story. It was sooooo good. I had to keep going to see if K & J were ever gonna end up together, b/c every single time I thought they would, SOMETHING just had to happen. :p
Anyways, I loved the story! You have LOTS of talent...great writer. And I'm excited for the sequel!

Finally got around to reading some of your story and I have to say that I'm really liking what I'm reading. I'm not just saying that, I think K and J are hilarious together and I hope they hook up. Its in the stars yo. Who knows it might happen, still gotta read the rest.

i didnt think there was anything wrong with the chapter, nor the title. man K is just about to drive me crazy with her indecisive mind!! but i see where shes coming from, but come on...... get it together already!
