I can't believe I've never read this before, but I have now! Wow...very deep and gripping, but powerful above all. Great job. It's such a delicate subject that we've all been through at some point, so it's good to see it written about with a realistic attitude.

Author's Response: Thank you very much. Coming from one of my favprite authors, I take that as an extreme compliment.

Powerful indeed....I love the ending, because you let the reader make one up..it keeps them guessing. Like what happened to him next? Cliffhangers rule! But anyways I just wanted to know, what did YOU plan to hapen to him next?

Author's Response: I actually didn't originally have an ending. Writing this was just a way to get out my frustration about my friend Tucker laying on his death bed. But now that I think about it, I guess I might have had Justin continue coming back to his special little spot in that field. Maybe someone would follow him to see where he always went. Maybe they would talk and some more interesting things would pop up. Who knows. Although I'm definetly thinking I'll branch this story out.

This a really powerful story.

Author's Response: Why, thank you. I worked very hard on this story. Its actually about a friend of mine, who's named Tucker, too.
