OMG. I think you just made me cry. This is the first time i've read a story about Africa on here and I didn't even know one existed. I was born in Ethiopia and grew up in Sudan so I can personally relate to some of the things that you have brought up in this story. I'm so happy you wrote this. :-)

wow its so disgusting what goes on in the world, like the six year old story isn't uncommon in some places. Really true to life Helena, it's when you hear about what some people have to go through that it makes your own problems seem insignificant.

Damn damn damn, this is truly heart breaking. It's awful, but sometimes we need to see these things for real to see how awful some places of the world truly are. I can see this is going to be a very humbling experience for the guys. This story has a lot of impact, well done

Author's Response: Thank you Christina! I'm glad you found the story so evocative, that's really what I was trying to achieve so it's nice to know it's working. Thanks for the review!

Amazing. Thought provoking. Original. Well-written. Emotional. Inspirational. Those are SOME of the words to describe this story. And it's only the 3rd chapter. This is truely, truely touching. Please continue the fabulous job. And bless us with another chapter. : ) P.s I cried...

Author's Response: Aww... I can't believe you cried! And thank you so much for your wonderful wonderful review, I really appreciate it!

This is awesome, and I'm usually not one for history-oriented literature, but all of the facts and information are really holding my attention. And it helps that it has great characters that I love! So many horrible atrocities that have occurred or do occur. I don't know much about Africa and the struggles that the people face, so I'm finding this very thought-provoking.

Author's Response: I hate things that make me learn too Paige lol, but I'm glad this is educating and holding your attention at the same time. Thank you for the review!

This is a GREAT and original story, and it's written well too! Where'd you get the idea and facts for this? Keep it up!

Author's Response: Thank you so much for your review! I got all the ideas and facts watching shows covering work done by various charities, in particular one we have in Britain called Comic Relief, everything is based on real life.
