This story is really interesting. When I first started reading, I wasn't sure that I would like it. But your writing really drew me in. The characters are very finely drawn and the pace of the story just makes you keep reading.
Author's Response: Second part of my goal accomplished, good pacing. I like to keep a steady flow, not so slow it gets boring, not so fast you skip essential things. Nice to know I've got balance.

What an intriguing concept; Em having "fatherly" feelings towards JC. If anyone can help him, it will be Em. I can't wait till the inevitable "confrontation scene" between j and em. Excellent chapter - very believable
Author's Response: It's really Em's only basis for comparison. He's only truly cared about family before, so he has to slot JC somewhere to explain to himself why he's doing what he's doing. Cool, Believable is always part of my goal.

Powerful chapter. I have to say right now I'd like to claw Justin's eyes out myself. I hope this was enough to get JC to finally seek out help. *hugs JC cause he needs it* Waiting anxiously for next update.

I'm really enjoying this story. It makes me wonder which is going to happen first. JC is going to finally admit too himself what he has known all along, Justin is an abusive asshole or Em is going to give Justin a beat down. I'm sort of hoping for the second but that Just because Justin is hurting JC. Then JC/Em need to hook up so Em can get in touch with his gay side. LOL Great job
