Title: That's Why I Lied
**Great job, girl! ...I had to fix that, it said 'great jog' and it was buggin me haha...and now, I really will step away from the computer. lol Hopefully there's no more typos and if there are, hopefully they aren't as horribly stupid.
Author's Response: It's okay. Typos make the world go round. *lmao*

Oh and Jamila was too cute. But you stole my character name! I was about to use that in a story. lol It's cool though, I'm still going to use it--I guess great minds think alike huh? lol :) In a motion to change the subject, I laugh and say, “She can’t say internet or very, but she can say Guiseppe Zanotti.” Oh dear god laugh. lol, one of the many good lines in this story...after I read that one I was thinking 'Damn, I don't think I can even say that.' lol ah, and Justin was so cute in the breakfast/kitchen scene, resting his head on her shoulder and stuff. Lawd, I need to step away from the computer, otherwise I'm just going to keep rambling. haha
Author's Response: I figured the story needed a wee-bit to brighten it up, ya know before the poo hit the fan. Nooo, don't step away from the computer! *lol*

Title: That's Why I Lied
Okay let's start off with the good: I loved the dialogue, some of the lines were hilarious. And Trace's and Missy's answering machine message was priceless...may their parents never hear it though. lol The bad: goddammit, why did she have to cheat!! And then lie so horribly about it. Lawd, you had me so into this that I was talking to the computer screen getting all mad every time another one of her lies were exposed. I could just see this playing out like a TV movie on Lifetime or something. haha, it was good, great, wonderful...but damn, it was sad too. I was hoping, that maybe, just maybe despite what the beginning had said that he'd find it in his heart to forgive her...not right that second, cause obviously that's too soon, but eventually. Damn. I kinda wish this was more than a short story, but just that's a sign of how good it was. Great jog, girl! I loved it.
Author's Response: OMFG!!!! Thank you soooo much!!!!! You don't know how much that means coming from you...you are one of my idols on here for real. Man, I can believe I had you yelling at the screen! I think this story was a turning point for me...I finally got a good one. *lol* Ne-hoo! Yea, I think girly was still drunk, who lies that bad? Well, I would have made it longer, but the song that inspired it was only 4minutes long. *lol*
That was brilliant and i want more .please anyway I really liked that she messed up both ways cheating and putting other things ahead of her child that ain't right . i always thought stokes was funny lol
Author's Response: Thank you. Sorry to disappoint you, but there won't be anymore. :o( The cheating was an accident (she swears!), knowing how fashion designing goes, her show was probably scheduled waaay before the christening was...but it still wasn't right for Carmen to still plan on leaving. Mm-hmm, I read somewhere that Mr. Stokes was openly bi-sexual...and even before I read that, come on even Ginuwine got rid of the baby jherri curl. *lol*

Dang, that was just so real and woah...great. Thanks and write more. J&B!
Author's Response: Thank you very much. That NE song moved me to want to write something that was more drama than comedy. I'm glad that you liked it.
Great story! But Marques was the one who was wrong for what he did. I'm telling her daughter about the shoes. He did that on purpose.
Author's Response: Thank you. After I wrote it, I almost deleted it, because I thought it sucked. But, then it kinda grew on me...a little. I'm glad someone likes it. Yea, I think Marques is just jealous of Justin being tall. *lol* Then again, maybe he didn't mean to do it on purpose, maybe he was actually trying to help Carmen out...after all, the girl did drive home barefoot.
Author's Response: Either way, he still screwed things up.
