The story is okay so far. The only problem I have is that the little girl is already talking. She's only 11 months old (from my understanding). At that age, babies are barely walking, let alone talking. It's really unrealistic for an 11 month old to be speaking coherently. Other than that, good job so far.

Author's Response: Yes I noticed that recently once I looked it up and haven't really been giving her any other words to say but as far as 'no' since it's one syllable. But yeah thanks for pointing it out.
