i am really enjoying this story, but it's a little unbelievable that a mother would leave her recently raped child alone just because people blame her.
Author's Response: thank you and I know it may seem a bit far fetched but definitely plausable, I know a young woman who went through the same thing and was driven by fear and guilt and left her child behind the difference in this situation is that her daughter in this story was never left alone, her father and her aunt and grandmother and all of them are there for her while her mother tries to sort through the lies and everything thats going on with her life and the lives of everyone around her. It's all a part of bringing this story together for an ending. Thanks again for reading.
