(AUTHOR’S NOTE: The song ‘I Thought She Knew’ will be on their forth album. It is not on their second.)
Leah lightly knocked on Justin’s door.
“Are you ready to apologize?” Leah tried to sound like a man.
“I’m not apologizing, I already told you that.” He was acting like a child.
“So you want to stay grounded for the rest of the day?”
“I don’t’ care. It’s not my fault.”
“So I’ll just tell the beautiful girl downstairs that you can’t see her today.”
“Who’s downstairs? Is it Leah? Send her up.”
“But you’re grounded young man.” Leah tried to hold in her giggles.
“C’mon Big Pete-“Justin opened the door. “Leah! Where did Big Pete go?”
“I don’t know.” She said still talking like a man.
“It was you.”
“Would I do something like that?” Leah smiled innocently.
“Yes.” He pulled her into a hug and kissed her. “Am I still grounded?”
“Yep. So what were you doing up here?”
“I was trying to write songs but I’m not that good at it.”
“Let me see, you can’t be that bad.” Justin showed her some of his work.
“This one’s sweet. What’s it gonna be called?”
“I’m not sure. I think ‘I Thought She Knew.”
“That’s a cute title. Where did you get the idea from?”
“Well, you.”
“Me?” Leah asked shocked.
“Ya, after we talked about yesterday, I just got the idea.”
“So it’s about us?”
“It’s about you and it’s gonna be on the forth album. I called Johnny last night.”
“Thank you Justin. You’re awesome.” She kissed him like she never did before.
“Whoa! I think I’m gonna have to write more songs about you.”
“Smart ass.”
