Of COURSE I think she should move. it just seems like a natural curve to the story, but you know they always say women should never move for a man and I think that's Melissa's main point, though I forgot to say that. That's why she's so adamant that everything else has to work out in order for her to move-- she can just become a live in stay at home grilfriend. She'd never be happy. At the same time, yep I see JC's side too, and that it's not that she's moving, it's that she's making a huge decision that changes his life too without his knowledge or input. This chapter was kind of based on a couple of friends of mine with the same issue-- he felt emasculated when she left him out of the decision, and I wanted to use that emotionbut still retain some of JC's laid backness---- is that a word??? :-D

what a damn emotional roller coaster! and I'm going to try and babble as long as time permits but first let's talk about JC's drama moment! ok at first I was like "OMG CHILLAX JC" but the more he kept at it the more I was catching on and i felt all Scooby Smart that I figured he was mad because they're an "us" now and he doest like for her to keep things bc of what happened before... not that he didnt not want her in LA... before he actually said it.

you know I totally get where they each were coming from... but i'm so on her side here. i think its bc i've dated a guy with more income than me who WAS flashy that i'm all turned off by the whole thing. not that JC's flashy but i like his cheap-ass ok? lol! and deduct more points for it being some type of way for him to make her happy after the LA talk. booo!
OMG LA! He's soooooo cute with all the "you can live with me" talk! omg! *squeeze* I love him!

Author's Response: Lol. Your reviiews are always so great! I struggled alot with this chapter, I don't know how obvious it is, but it is to me. I haven't had much inspiration lately but I'm happy I finished it-- I just wanted it DONE! - and I can move on, when the feeling strikes again. May be awhile before I update again. It's hard to write when you don't feel it, and fanfiction needs a muse, you know? But yes, all the important elements that I was trying to bring out seem to have shown up. \o/
