Author's Response: Thank you! Sorry it was a delayed response ... I'm horrendous at responding. They're all doing okay; it was a quick diagnosis with a quick passing ... I think that's the only good thing that came about - having her sick for longer could only have made it worse. Though both ways are difficult, especially to say goodbye to a parent. My friend, her sister and father are doing as you said: one day at a time. :) <3

So, I'm just a bit heartbroken over this. I honestly have never thought about something like this happening to one of them, let alone him. I only say it like that because he's the one I'll forever crush on. This is hard...but really realistic and I want to thank you for bringing it to the forefront. We don't like to think this way but things happen and we have to prepare for it. I love that Justin's taking care of him and that the guys are there for him too. And I love Lauren! I totally agree with Lance, she's his wife. Again, this is really hard to read but I won't stop reading it. Amazing doesn't begin to describe your words put to paper. :)

This was a great chapter....it's kind of hard for me to laugh at joke when the entire situation is serious. The ending dialogues though were life changing...lol. If this is as difficult to read for me, can't imagine what it'd be like if an NSYNC member randomly stumbled upon this. Dying for another update, hope to see one soon. REAL soon ( cough ) tomorrow.
