I"m glad she made up with Just but I do hope she keeps in mind that he is still in a relationship and off limits because if they did do something while he's taken how could see ever really trust him if they got together?

alright now. yay for justin and selah starting over as friends, but how long will that last? say justin and jess break up. yeah. it wouldn't last long. haha. great job for stepping up to her mom though. her mom needed to hear that. just because she's her "mom" that doesn't mean that she's not wrong, rude, or hurtful at times and doesn't need to hear it. selah kind of makes me mad now though. haha. i still feel like she just thinks it's all justin's fault. yes, she recognizes that she needs to be more careful and needs to make herself happy, etc. but come on...you're wrong too. you play mind games too. and the only time she's like, "justin who?" is when nick is all up on her or encouraging her. what would she be saying if jt started being encouraging and having meaninful convos with her? gaaaah i don't know. i just think she needs to cool it. she has justin down, but nick too. i just think they need to take it slow cause like she said they aren't official so all this "boo" and stuff...*shakes finger* haha. update soon ma'am! i hope your internet comes back soon! :o)

Author's Response: That is the million dollar question right now: how long will this "friendship" last? I can understand why everyone is so skeptical about these two based on what has already happened between them. But you, as well as everyone else who reads is going to see that these two are really trying hard at putting their best foot forward at this friendship thing, even if their heart is telling one thing and their mind is telling them another. You're right, who knows how long it's going to last? But at least they have taken time to get to know each other better. I understand how Selah doesn't seem very genuine to you, but you have to understand that although she may not always admit it, she knows and understands that she was wrong too--hence the long wait before finally accepting Justin's offer, the confession of her own faults in chapter ten, etc. I think Selah is just a very naive person and that sometimes makes her naive and blind to her own actions like playing around with Nick and Justin, but not telling Nick the whole truth and whatnot. But that doesn't mean that she uses Justin as her scapegoat. I also think that's why she wasn't so gung ho on accepting Nick's offer of being with him because she knows she has messed up behind his back and doesn't want to hurt him...but like I've been saying, Nick is not a stupid person and all that sneaking around that Justin and Selah did went unnoticed. And don't think that just because she's hardly ever mentioned that Justin or Selah have forgotten about Jessica, Selah hardly has Justin down by any means. Thanks so much for reading and always leaving me feedback, I appreciate it!

I'm glad that she stood up to her mom. She needs to what's good for her. I can't wait to see what's gonna happen next. I love this, PMS.

Author's Response: Yeah, I'm glad Selah did too because it was only a matter of time and she can't control her forever ya know? Thanks so much for reading and reviewing, I appreciate it!

Awww, good for La for sticking up to her queen, but then I'm worried about how long she and Jusitn will be able to be just friends. The heart wants what it wants and right now even though that delicious Nick might be the best choice, we all know she and Jusitn won't stay friends forever. *Sigh* You know, when they start hanging out and getting to know each other, they are going to let their guards down and then, the whole four letter word called 'love' is going to come into play and we all know you don't have to be physical for it to hit you hard.

Damn, I'm excited to see what you have in store for Selah and Nick because that boy is hot man...lol. But I'm also worried because people are going to get hurt in this. Still, I loved it Bri. I love, love, love it! And I love big sister Ava, reminds me of my overprotective big bro. lol More soon mama! :)

Author's Response: D!!! *Gives you a big hug-lol* I'm glad that you got the chance to catch up so now we can talk details (haha). You bring up some very important points about these two and their developing friendship and I think they're trying very hard to keep it at a platonic level. But you're right, it is hard when your heart is telling you one thing and your mind is telling you another and we're going to see some of that starting to happen to one of them very soon. Selah in particular is trying to do right this time because Nick is involved and this is someone who is willing to invest his time, energy, and feelings in her so she wants to do right by him...but then again for how long? And don't count Nick out because he is definitely not stupid and even though he may not know it, he has a right to be suspicious. But girrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrl, isn't Nick delicious? OMG, that is my husband right there (haha). I'm glad you're enjoying it girlie and thanks so much for taking time out to leave me some awesome feedback, I appreciate it!

great update girl. is it just me or are other people having a little trouble reading this as it doesn't fit into the window and you have to keep scrolling accross to read it. It happened with the last chapter too

Author's Response: You know what that page thing is all about? It's because I have so many asterisks going across the page when I do a scene break, so I'm sorry about that...I won't do as many for the next chapter. I'm glad you're enjoying it though and thanks for pointing that out to me. : )

That's a nice revelation...now we have plans to put into motion, Selah. We don't have time for contemplation and maturing and learning and blah blah blah blah. No, ma'am. We have things to do.

1.) Kill Nick.

2.) Fuck Justin.

3.) Kill Nick again.

4.) Fuck Justin again.

Tick tock, lady! Get the lead out! Please update soon.

Author's Response: You are just terrible. *SMH* Now here Selah is trying to do the right thing, take things slow, and get her shit together and you still want her to be loose hussy? You need a whoopin' girl (haha). And I told you I'm not killing off Nick, shoot that is my boo on the side and I just can't be killing him like that; he's innocent (lol). And I'm not saying that it will or it won't happen between Justin and Selah...but it ain't happening anytime soon so you're going to have to hose yourself down for some relief. Thanks for reading and always leaving me some awesome and hilarious feedback, I appreciate it!

Girl is getting on the right track...it's good to see. She needs time to just ....be. Looking forward to seeing what you do between her and Nick.

Fantastic update!

Author's Response: That she is, I figured it was about time that she did that (haha). Thank you so much for reading and for your awesome feedback, I appreciate it and I'm glad you are enjoying the story!

Now I’m really anxious to see where this is gonna go. I’m glad Justin and Selah are gonna be friends … but I wonder for how long ;) Anyway, great job as usual gurlie I can’t wait for more :) It was also awesome the way Selah stood up to her mom like that. Hope more is comin soon! Ttyl -Traci

Author's Response: Hey girl, you know I had to come over here and reply to this review (haha). I'm definitely proud of Selah for standing up to her mother and showing that she can be a strong person and not so easily led because I think that's the impression that people were getting from her. But hopefully she can keep this new found confidence and use it to her advantage. I'm glad that her and Justin are going to be friends too and in these next few chapters, you're going to see their friendship bloom in a positive light...but yes, how long will they remain "friends"? ; ) Again, thanks so much for reading and reviewing girlie, I'm glad that you're enjoying it!

You know, I didn't know Nick could "be" this adorable. I love how she went off on her mama, she deserved to stand up for herself. I also loved how she was fucking with Justin, I hope they can learn how to trust each other and then fuck  I mean wha? LOL. I luff it Bri!

Author's Response: Haha...I know isn't my husband just so loveable? He's really like that in real life (not that I'm bragging or anything), but anyway...yeah it was time for Selah to stand up for herself and finally have some confidence in what she's doing so I'm proud of her too (haha). And I am tired of you naughty heffas trying to get Selah and Justin to hump! Why can't they just be friends for once huh? Haha, I'm just kidding...I'm not saying that it will or it won't happen, but you'll just have to wait and see. Thanks for reading and reviewing girlie, I appreciate it!
