Author's Response: I'm glad they're trying too and I think Selah wanted to take that step forward of being open with him after how she acted toward him earlier in the day. Author's Response: Yeah Selah is really trying to keep up her guard around Justin, but she knows that friendship is a two-way street so she has to meet him halfway so that their friendship can work. Oh and Selah has told Nick about her illness (see chapter nine, part one if you need a refresher). And were they lucky enough to evade the paps? Wow...Didn't expect that they would actually MEET up! So far so good...they seem to be connecting on a whole new level. It's really nice. Has Selah even told Nick about her illness?!
