I just read this through in its entirety and I absolutely love it! I had read a little before, but after seeing your note about updating I went ahead and read it all and WOW. Justin is just...beyond whipped poor lad. I'm so ready to see Charlotte accidentally (on purpose) knock Amelia out of a window/in front of an oncoming bus. You've managed to create characters that are so believable and real that I feel like I'm sitting right there in the room able to see and hear all their thoughts.

This chapter was awesome, by the way. I love how Justin was so pumped because he'd had such a good day and the fact that Amelia was a major bitch didn't ruin his good mood. And I found it so adorable that when she mentioned Charlotte he smiled. And that was the most beautifully written awkward sex ever. I look forward to your next update (but feel free to work on your PoP first *cough*)!

The first part, filled with "It's for the best" and "Drinks for everybody!" seriously had me going from giggling to cooing because Justin is so damn broken. And I had a feeling things would go south as soon as Trace said "I got this", because, really, life is not going so well for Justin right now.

Poor Charlotte, trying to keep busy but it's not working. Been there, done that.

Ginger. My God, Ginger... When she was first introduced she annoyed me but now she is just so fucking awesome. So not the airheaded bubblebrain I thought her to be. Though, Trace, you dog! LOL Are they drinking Pink Panty Pulldowns?? I LOVE them!! And when Charlotte said she wanted to throw him into oncoming traffic I was nodding so hard my glasses fell off, because I have wanted to throw the bastard in front of a few Mack trucks since the beginning of this story.

But he came and told her he loved her! *sigh* Of course she's drunk and pissed and left him, but he finally manned up enough to tell her. That counts, a little... He pours out his heart but she's too drunk and pissed right now to care and I cheered when she walked out because he can't just apologize and expect everything to be hunky-dory.

Author's Response: Yeah poor Justin can't seem to catch a break. I like to think of it as Karma haha. What I loved about Ginger is that she was a sleeper character. One of those introed in the beginning (er middle I guess) to just provide hilarity and now look at her cinchin the ending *pets her* lol The drinks were Pink Panty Droppers which I assume are pretty much the same as Pulldowns haha. We make them with vodka, tequila, gin, and pink lemonaid. Charlotte finally getting to let Justin see what its like to be on the wrong end of the want but can't have stick was something I'd been waiting for for a long time. Oh, oh, oh! Though I want to slap the bastard for cheating, I can feel his pain, because it's just as palpable as Janelle's is. And yay! I love when writers put pregnancy into a story, because it changes the dynamics of the couple involved. So beautifully written. I think what drew me in first was the fact you used 'Yesterday' (mytotalfaveBeatlessong!), and within two sentence I was hooked. ~ Jo
