*sigh* ... i love this story, so so so much.

I don't know why, out of all the awesome lines and quotes in this chapter, this stood out for me and stayed on my mind even until now...

I wanted to mean more to him that than. He already meant more to me than that.

I get that, you know? And I want that for her too... I want her to feel like she deserves that.  

btw .. its "merengue" music, I know you like to nitpick and stuff, so I thought I'd point it out to you. :)

awwwww! I loved their whole "I'm sorry!" ... "I'm sorry more!" moment, lol!

so glad they got some talking done ... talking that needed to be talked about. Its easy to understand where they both are coming from... hopefully they keep how the other person feels in mind.

they're just so perfect together... *sigh* I don't ever want it to end. LA here we come! :)

ok... give me a moment to reflect here. good gracious.

that was so good! from the moment she was talking to that girl on the plane, who's ex lived in Atlanta and how it went to shit.... you had me scared. I was like "noooo! I want this trip to be happy!" lol!

so thank you thank you thank you! I loved how she was all nervous to meet Tyler (wouldnt we all!) and how cute their lunch was. I love the whole dishwasher thing and ... hey! whats up with that! I was waiting for the unloading-the-dishwasher scene with JC... lol! its ok though... I'll live.

ANDOMGFUCKINGGOD! i'm so jealous she gets to have delicious sex with that man. so so so jealous. 

but the best part of this update, and i guess her trip out there, was really how close they're becoming. he's really putting effort into opening up and letting her in, showing her "Josh" or "C" or whatever... lol! i like how she calls him Chasez... its cute! :) ... but i loved when he showed her the album, i dunno... that felt big to me. their talking was great too but pictures... they like, make things real you know?  

i love his bossyness! was he extra bossy or was I just really picking up on it? but damn its sexy! and i laughed when he was messing with her at the diner, lol! he's so bad! but i liked how you broke down schizo and kate. man i hope things work out for im in ny... but i'm not getting my hopes up. *sigh*

and i dont know how she was able to control herself at the studio.... seeing JC work has to be like an aphrodisiac or something! lol! It would've taken A LOT for me to just sit and behave.

Girl, don't ever hold back! I appreciate hearing your thoughts, because I'm not the one reading it for the first time. 

Yes he was extra bossy:-), but I kind of remembered a lot of interviews where he 'took charge' and they kind of looked to him for the 'go'. Plus he always said 'I'm not bossy. I just like order', which tells me people think he's bossy but he doesn't think he is. I just think it's cute how she keeps telling him he's bossy and it just rolls off his back-- he's likely used to it. In my head.

Allison was a little bit of foreshadowiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnggggggggg but it doesn't have anything to do with JC and Serena, not really. She'll be back, later. *eep* 

Yes, I thought the photo album would be a BIG way to let her in a little bit and show her some things without her having to ask.  I couldn't think of a funny way to work the dishwasher unloading and make it funny and quirky so I just decided to allude to it and let it go. We get it, JC is obsessed with order. I dont want it to turn into a comedy, just cute little quirks that make him endearing. 

Glad you like the updates. More to come! She's got a lot to work through and there's a lot of stuff coming up. Exciting! I wish it could write itself. ': |

*squeal* ... OMG this chapter was just all kinds of cute!

i loved how she predicted his call on Christmas night, already learning him, awww!

and how excited and flustered she was about him coming, her shyness at the airport! lol! that'd SO be me! and then he was all like "you can kiss me now" in the car... GAWD! i would've raped him in the backseat... LOL!

thank you btw for making this NC-17 ... so damn hot!

but awwwwwww .... she cried! and i love how JC was all worried and didnt get freaked. he's just... I love him!

they were just so normal! its great to see that, dinner, talk, tv, cookies... just normal and enjoying each other.

and I love that gap JC Chasez! leave your teeth alone! lol!

LOl. you're awesome for my ego! Yes I am still awake, but was getting ready to snuggle down. I had an idea for the next chapter and wanted to start on it.;)

You know, I'm not 'in love' with this chapter. It's rather lackluster and I didn't really 'wow' myself. I guess it's probably from reading it so many times and fretting over how I want the story to come out, but I'm really happy that the things I am thinking about and what I am trying to accomplish is coming through- setting the pace, relationship building, getting to know one another. I've struggled with the sex scenes but I really feel like they do so much random 'relating' during them -- and seriously when you dont' see your man for weeks at a time, what's the first thing ya'll are doing? Right? So... in the end I left it because I needed some very close moments in there. Intimacy and ease with eacht other, etc.

Blah blah, yap yap all about me. LOL. Anyway!

LOL! I didnt even notice the last two chapters werent named.... its usually goes like this: OMG AN UPDATE! *click click click*

sooooo I loved the supermarket scene. hehehe... how he confessed he used to whore it out in maimi, lol! but bb was good this year, he's got a girlfriend now. :)

and I laughed my ass off at this ...

“Be careful, sweetie. I don’t want my love life all over everywhere. My techniques getting out.”

OMG! LOL! heissohotilovehim!

the whole friends party was great, i liked seeing Mr. Social Butterfly at work. and it was so cute how nervous he got meeting her brothers... lol! though he handled it pretty well, better than expected!

then OMG Regina! that was... really moving. i felt the shift and ... yeah.... wow. but it was good! really good! it was great to actually put a face to the name, well, you know what i mean!

but then she got totally wasted! and that sucked. that sucked so hard. but its good! you know... to see her flaws come out and the damage her shitty mom has caused her. and JC got to play nurse.... and that's always good. :)

and awwwwwww! she spilled the L word!! LOL! when I caught that i was like OHSHIT! but JC was just *sigh* so great about it. I love him. I love love love him.

Thanks for your thoughts, always appreciated!!! I know no one expected to see Regina... I was just waiting for a perfect time to toss her in and then I was like...yeah... right here, just when she was nice and happy and everything was going great. BOOM. I totally wanted those 'GASP!' moments and I think I got them. 

And yeah, the drunk scene-- I knew she was going to totally fall apart, and try to run from Regina-- and all her issues start to come out when the alcohol removes the filter. *sigh* That was great to write, had fun with that.

I had to think about how he would react to it, the L word-- if he'd be freaked out by it or just let it go-- it's too soon and she was drunk and DAMN!!! Drama. He couldl totally run, here, or he could just roll with it. 

There's def something 'different' here, now. so bringing that out, slowly, without it turning into a fairy tale (cause Lawd knows the girl got some stuff to work out and this is not gonna be easy for either of them) is a challenge. 

Fun, though. i am constantly running scenarios through my head, lol.

I love how he spent his day being Handy Mandy, fixing this and fixing that.

but I'd be pissed if he rearranged my dvds and cds... they're organized by genre dude. pssh... alphabetized!

and I love when he was like all, "I wouldn't have taken advantage of you" ... damn! i so would've jumped across the table at that moment. its not the most romantic thing ever said but i think it makes your heart swell all the same.

i enjoyed seeing how her therapy works too, and three cheers for the no-more-woe-is-me decision. 

and Regina! Holy shit! Regina!

how could you say this wasnt an exciting chapter? she found out her grandparents and father do exist and that they want to meet her! OMG! and hearing everything from Regina's point of view was just... wow. I never would've thought her story was anything like that.

I loved this chapter... so much development for our little Serena. Loved it!! :)

Ah, I love your reviews! Lol. I think I just get so used to reading it that I think people will think it's boring.The story has to be told, though, so pushing through. The next few chapters should have more JC in them. 

I think everyone needs a handy man like JC but uh.......I don't think he really did anything under there. ; ) He just looked cute. 

I did enjoy giving her the smackdown in therapy-- and let her realize that she needed to just stfu, it wasn't only about HER.

and aaawwww! she talked to her dad! that's so great! omg I was so happy when he was like "you're beautiful... hope that didnt sound weird".... awwwww! that's just so touching you know? I cant wait until she can go see him, and her grandparents too.

He somehow ended up next to me, an arm behind me and curling around my waist, tucking me close to his chest while he kept the beat with a sock clad foot on the ottoman in front of us. After a few minutes, I felt soft lips on my temple and a whisper tickled my ear. "Better?"

and OMG ... weekend getaway!

I had to laugh at the fact that they recognized Serena by her voice, lol! but seriously, if i was planning a weekend with Mr. JC I would probably nitpick the little details too. :)

and i love the art museum... "It's a big ass four. I don't know. But do you get what I was saying?"  LMAO! I love him!

and then! their discussion on Family Guy! OMGZ! and then! Blowin Me Up! *dies*

before I start gushing about my undying love for this man, let me go back to Allison and Tyler! ALLISON AND TYLER! Ok that lunch and day after was toooo cute for this not to work out! So yes I'm on the cheering squad for those two! yay! :)

That relationship serves a purpose-- It'll come into play later. *sneakysneak grin* I thought it turned out REALLY cute how they were just drawn together. I also thought the car ride was cute. I love how things just happen and then I read back and go 'oh, so we're going there? Okay!' I hadn't planned for him to say it until futher along but it just seemed like a really good moment, so I used it. I think it worked and I like that t wasn't mushy and swoony, just matter of fact.  Some research for the next chapter and some things are coming up that I am kind of excited about. *eep*

Srsly! The awesomeness of this story is just... OMG! I can't even think clearly right now, my brain is just screaming "more more! i want more!" which then leaves me rereading the chapter just to shut it up! lol!

ok so let me just gush over some fav lines first...

Her voice was gritty, gravelly, something I imagined JC found sexy. I had my eye on her.

It wasn't that I was jealous, and I trusted him-I just didn't trust anyone else.

LMAO! OMG I love her!


OK JC ... OMGZ! I love him, its just freakin adorable how he's planned this and that because he loves her and wants to make memories *dies* and its just GUH I LOVE HIM!

I would have totally been Serena at that pottery store though LOL! But make a Swayze-Ghost moment there and been like "So why dont you come sit behind me to help and sing Unchained Melody in my ear" LOL!


The dance studio. Tina. Serena is so cute! Really! JC totally nailed that on the head... lol! But JC's old whoring ways are no secret ok? I'd be giving every damn chick that looks at him the stink eye... "bish this is MY man!"

And the club? Srsly JC, COME ON! Points for Lance but he should know her better... but hey, I got to read this out of it and srsly fav line EVER!

poor Serena. I don't envy that elephant in her brain at all. I get what Melissa and Jen were saying and all... it does seem like JC is her number one reason for moving out there and I'm not saying thats bad... she just needs to find out if they're on the same page and all and I think they are. what a damn emotional roller coaster! and I'm going to try and babble as long as time permits but first let's talk about JC's drama moment! ok at first I was like "OMG CHILLAX JC" but the more he kept at it the more I was catching on and i felt all Scooby Smart that I figured he was mad because they're an "us" now and he doest like for her to keep things bc of what happened before... not that he didnt not want her in LA... before he actually said it.

you know I totally get where they each were coming from... but i'm so on her side here. i think its bc i've dated a guy with more income than me who WAS flashy that i'm all turned off by the whole thing. not that JC's flashy but i like his cheap-ass ok? lol! and deduct more points for it being some type of way for him to make her happy after the LA talk. booo!

I haven't had much inspiration lately but I'm happy I finished it-- I just wanted it DONE! - and I can move on, when the feeling strikes again. May be awhile before I update again. It's hard to write when you don't feel it, and fanfiction needs a muse, you know? But yes, all the important elements that I was trying to bring out seem to have shown up.  \\o/

ok first i love that she brought it back up again....cause ya know what? that shit is for real son. even though i would have thought twice about it if you let them have the make up sex and move on... i love your brain and that she just popped it back up after the cutest covo about public sex.

and then i'm like.... ok JC's right, he cant apologize forever and i'm thanking god she realizes that and is like -ok breath out its done - because OMG that man had ME almost crying with his apology.

Geeez, it's been forever! Thanks so much for your awesome review! My friend Kim, who reads pretty much everything, made the comment on the previous chapter that he got off too easily, that she would have made him work harder. So we got into this conversation about real life and what happens when your man cheats and how it sometimes hits in waves. i thought that would be a good point to bring out.

And of COURSE the boy can't cook! I thought about that part and worried over it because from all accounts he really doesn't cook but for literary purposes I gave him a little leeway with that. I hope it was as cute on paper as it was in my head.

Above all I just wanted to bring across how hard he was trying to make it up, to her and what an internal struggle it has been (and continues to be) for Serena-- I wanted her to be unlike anyone he's been with before.

and omg... the private session. what the hell was that garbage about him not recording or touring? what is that?! no JC no!!! thats what I love about Serena! she's like OUR voice of reason. everything she said its like "YES! AMEN!" Stop with the damn excuses JC!

now! Alera! bitch please! OMG! Serena is such a better person than me bc I would've gotten up off that chair and jumped across that table and slapped the SHIT out of her. WTF?!! but Lara is great... glad she found a friend amongst JC's crew and is quitting the whole antisocialness. even though movie night in JC's arms with some popcorn cant be beat.

and then when everything was peaches and roses... *sigh*. Serena, Serena, Serena. I love you darling but srsly? come on now. This is why Tyler is awesome cause he took the words right out of my mouth.

I like Allison, too. She's calming for him-- takes him from frat boy to responsible adult. 

Now, Chris-- have you ever heard that rumor that he and JC didn't get along? I've heard it and sort of half believe it because Chris can be evil and back in the day I think he was seriously ADHD. Anyway, in his later years he has calmed some and I think he and JC have come to respect each other where music is concerned. That's been a personal *warm fuzzy* thought of mine, to see them work together.

Yeah, ALERA. I had fun making her bitchy, but not  just to be bitchy --jealous, WHY NOT ME??! bitchy. Yeah lots of fun and I thought about creating a scene but decided I didn't think that was Serena's personality-- she's more of a quiet, stern, dont -mess-with-me-bitch kinda gal. And I didn't think JC would appreciate her decking one of his friends. Even if she is a bitch. 

And yeah Serena gets on my nerves! :p She's so damn independent and can't freakin' LET GO. I thought Tyler's words to her were brilliant. Summed it right up-- and I had to ask my Beta reader if JC seemed pissed enough, cause he is most certainly sick of her shit! She's getting stronger though, and coming around. Even if she is stubborn and too independent.

 I'm looking forward to writing the road trip. Sorta. Cause I know he'll be full of cute dorkyness and I have to prep for that. LOL.
