As much as I have sympathy for working mothers... that's the trade off. She knew it, she chose it, so I can't work up as much sympathy as I'd like to. Possibly I'd be feeling more charitable if it wasn;t for the silly little reaction to Justin sorting stuff out with Mae. You dumped him, deal with it *lol8

Oh typical. NOW she wants it all back? I'm sorry, but if you disappear out of a kid that age's life, they will forget it. It's a thing, they can't help it. She was warned before she left and still off she toddled. Forcing yourself in where you don't belong never works, and her looking at this like she has to steal her place back shows how little she gets it. You abandoned the kid, you hve to rebuikd YOUR relationship with him not steal somebody else's. sheesh

I really don't like Kate too much at the moment. There's an utter unwillingness to take responsibility for where she's at in Jonah's life and in justin's - both of which are her own fault since she decided to up and leave - and until there is she's going to make life awkward for all of them.
At first I had at least some sympathy for Kate, but this reeks of manipulation. Makes it difficult to continue feeling any sympathy for her.
I feel no pity for her at this point because... well. Utterly transparent ploys like that whole magazine thing just remove any sympathy I have for a person. Mae's beign surprisingly saint like, got to wonder how long that'll last *lol*
So... she just basically said that she's only with him because of his kid and he just gave her an ultimatum? Okay, it was a tough call, but on balance she just about wins the smack upside her head
You so want to wake up and have that Buffy 'Once More With Feeling' moment where everybody breaks into song, don't you? *lol*
Author's Response: I had to google that to find out what episode that was, turns out it was after I\'d stopped watching and Buffy shouldn\'t sing, at least not so high. lol I like the musical moments where you wouldn\'t normally expect them, but that was just...hmm, special. lol But yeah, if we could all break out into a song and dance every now and then I think the world would be a better place.
