i love the word 'fuck'. i'm horribly unhealthy and enjoy it that way. i love the smell of old books. on my days off i sit around in my underwear all day watching bad tv.
i smoke too many cigarettes, drink entirely too much coffee and alcohol, don't sleep nearly enough and am essentially a living, breathing cliche of what it is to be a writer. i'm a screenwriter by trade but i just got a shiny new job in a post-production house (that's the thing about screenwriting, it's not your average 9 to 5 but you need the 9 to 5 to you know...eat and stuff) in NYC, where i've been living for the past...almost five years now. Well, technically i live in brooklyn, but whatever.
there is a certain irony to my writing romance-tinged pieces, because as anyone who's ever talked to me for five minutes can tell you, i'm about the least romantic chick you'll ever come across.
