I just found your story this past weekend and spend the weekend wrapped up in it. LOVED IT! Definitely wishing there was more. Right now I'm going to check out your other stuff. I really enjoyed the first person POV in this one, and that's different for me. Usually first person POV puts me off, but wonderful job!

I totally agree with you on the first person POV, but I felt like the story needed to come from a unique perspective and not one where we know his thoughts and motives. This way we experience the story through her eyes. I'm so happy you enjoyed it so far!

I love this story :) I'm re-reading it now and as someone who just moved, I can totally relate to her feelings on moving and her insecurities about things working out. I really connected with her and her insecurities in this chapter regarding change. I love that she's just so...real. Wonderful story :)

Definitely needed another tissue this chapter. And I'm with Emily. I don't care what age the person was when they died, funerals are so heart wrenching. What a wild emotional roller coaster to this point. Again, great story.
